Comment penser les notions de transmission inter- et transgénérationnelle en institution… pour pouvoir en repérer les effets positifs et négatifs sur la créativité des professionnels ? Qu’est-ce qui, dans une institution, favorise ou au contraire fait obstacle à la créativité d’une équipe dans la mise en œuvre de ses dispositifs de travail ? Ce texte se propose d’explorer comment des aspects transgénérationnels anti-créatifs concourent à la formation d’incorporats institutionnels : deux formes de rigidification sont distinguées, l’une dans le rapport à la théorie et/ou dans les échanges au sein de l’équipe et l’autre dans les dispositifs. Ces obstacles à la créativité sont mis en lien avec une problématique transgénérationnelle présente dans les fondations et avec la transmission d’un trauma non élaboré. Les auteurs interrogent, pour conclure, les qualités potentielles d’un espace d’élaboration de ces obstacles transgénérationnels.
Ce texte vise à mieux comprendre les raisons pour lesquelles des psychologues cliniciens peuvent avoir des difficultés à communiquer publiquement sur leurs activités cliniques en institution. Il tente d’éclairer les obstacles à parler et plus particulièrement à écrire sur sa pratique lorsque celle-ci s’inscrit dans – ou est en rapport à – un collectif institué. Un dispositif de réflexion et d’écriture à plusieurs, mis en place pour l’occasion, nous permet de faire apparaître quatre points relatifs à ces obstacles. Une hypothèse de travail pour chacun d’entre eux soutient une voie ouverte à ces résistances ou à ces réticences. Elle concerne la conflictualité des idéaux et des cultures dans les équipes, les difficultés à penser, en situation de mutation, la dimension intime des fonctions du psychologue et les enjeux narcissiques de son rapport à l’institution. L’ensemble dessine une conjonction d’obstacles à penser sa pratique, autant qu’à la partager avec d’autres, et dont la prise en compte ouvre de nouveaux espaces de réflexion et des possibilités accrues de communication.
À partir d’une séquence clinique, l’auteure explore dans cet article l’hypothèse que la compulsion à dessiner en séance puisse constituer une modalité de défense en même temps qu’une possibilité de développer des autoérotismes en s’appuyant sur certaines sensations et sur la psychomotricité fine pour transformer des vécus traumatiques précoces, réintégrer un certain sentiment de continuité et négocier la distance à l’objet.
