O presente trabalho teve como objetivo a produção e utilização de um caso para abordar o conteúdo de equilíbrio químico, durante as ações do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência – PIBID, para uma turma de estudantes do 2º ano do Ensino Médio de uma escola pública de Rorainópolis-RR, no segundo semestre de 2016. Diante da problemática de várias metodologias de ensino fazerem dos alunos sujeitos passivos no processo de ensino aprendizagem, a metodologia estudo de casos torna-se uma importante ferramenta para mudar este cenário, pois altera essa dinâmica valorizando o papel do próprio discente na construção de seu conhecimento. Fez-se uso da pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva, de campo e participativa. Os resultados foram obtidos por intermédio de questionários diagnóstico e final, com perguntas mistas, observação sistemática e registro em diário de campo. Através da análise dos dados constatou-se a necessidade de inovação na metodologia de ensino, pois a maioria dos alunos conhecem a importância do conhecimento químico, porém, se mostraram cansados da metodologia tradicional. O uso dessa nova metodologia trouxe consigo medos e dificuldade de aceitação, por se tratar de algo novo, mas, à medida que as aulas se sucediam, o nível de participação e aceitação dos discentes se mostrou progressivamente satisfatório, comprovando que a metodologia de estudo de casos pode auxiliar no processo de ensino e aprendizagem, tornando as aulas mais dinâmicas e atrativas.

Este trabalho destaca a influência das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Problemática: O uso da Plataforma Moodle, como suporte de apoio e acompanhamento do ensino, poderá facilitar a captação de significados no processo de formação de conceitos de Ciências? Objetivo: Avaliar a utilização do Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem, como instrumento de ensino e aprendizagem dos conteúdos de Física no 9° ano do Ensino Fundamental, utilizando-se de uma proposta de Unidade de Ensino Potencialmente Significativa (UEPS). A pesquisa caracteriza-se como qualitativa, descritiva, participante e de campo, onde mostrou-se eficiente na aquisição, assimilação e ressignificação de conceitos de Ciências. O resultado mostrou que o Moodle apresenta recursos que permitem facilitar o ensino de conteúdos escolares, tornando o processo de aprendizagem menos cansativo e mais dinâmico e ao mesmo tempo, a captação de significados, mediada por essa ferramenta, torna-se potencialmente significativa.Palavras-chave: AVA, UEPS, Ensino de Ciências.
