Im Rahmen der Erneuerung der Eisenbahnbrücke über die Enz in der Nähe von Besigheim wurde im anschließenden Dammbereich ein Gründungsbauwerk als integrale Stahlbetonkonstruktion erstellt. Die in der statischen Berechnung anzusetzenden Temperaturlastfälle wurden in Anlehnung an die ZTV‐ING in einem Gutachten definiert. Im Bescheid des Eisenbahn‐Bundesamts zu der hierbei erforderlichen Zustimmung im Einzelfall wurde eine Messung der tatsächlich auftretenden Temperaturen und der zugehörigen Verformung über einen längeren Zeitraum nach Fertigstellung des Bauwerks gefordert. Der vorliegende Beitrag hat nach einer Projektbeschreibung und einer Darstellung der Besonderheiten integraler Stahlbetonkonstruktionen die Messergebnisse sowie deren Interpretation zum Gegenstand.
ProjekthistorieBei dem vorhandenen Brückenbauwerk handelt es sich um eine 6-feldrige Eisenbahnbrücke als Fachwerkkonstruktion über die Enz mit ihren Enzauen und die B 27, bestehend aus Widerlagern, Pfeilern und Überbauten. Im Jahr 1874 wurde eine 5-feldrige Parallelfachwerkbrücke aus genietetem Schweißeisen gebaut. Mit dem zweigleisigen Ausbau wurde im Jahr 1897 eine weitere Fachwerkkonstruktion vom gleichen Typ aus Flusseisen mit Verbreiterung der vorhandenen Natursteinunterbauten errichtet. Zur Herstellung des Lichtraumprofils für die spätere Elektrifizierung der Strecke sowie zur Erhöhung der Tragfähig-keit der Brücke wurden im Jahr 1926 die originalen Stre-
