Knowing the gear of the triple-helix is fundamental to analyze the impact of public policies in the scenario of a country, especially when the variables linked to innovation refer to the chronological production of the facts. In this perspective, an analysis was assembled from intentional samples per regions of Brazil linked to the engineering areas, identifying indices that could demonstrate this evolutionary line, highlighting mainly in their numbers, the quantitative of patents of engineering deposited with and without the relation university-enterprise partnership (EU), with state mapping of the federation, public and private investments in P&D, patents with their respective classifications and scientific production of Engineering indexed to Scopus .It was concluded that from the years of 2005 with the Innovation Law there was a boost in these indices making It possible to understand that the numbers of articles began to scale a greater use for the production of patents, with emphasis on the South and Southeast universities of the country, although It is still a number that needs greater expressiveness for the country's future.
Innovation can be understood as a technological asset in relation to the protection of knowledge with regard to intellectual property, and a challenge for universities and companies regarding the transfer of technology, since there are numerous variables that influence even full monetization. It is important to reflect on all the energy expended in relation to the authors involved in this process, having as general objective to analyze the perception of researchers about the processes of protection of intellectual property and its security mechanisms, characteristics of innovation and technology transfer. A structured research was used as a methodology, using the survey method, applied to specialists, with hypotheses formulated, based on the literature review. The results mainly understand that there is a moderate correlation index in quantitative terms of graduate programs and number of patents, by region of Brazil, an awareness in agreement with the elements of protection of intellectual property. In global efforts among researchers, universities and companies, only about 5% of patents have reached the level of royalty generation, demonstrating that the other 95% are still available for potential exploitation for society.
The methodology consisted of applying a questionnaire on the said topic, consisting of 10 closed questions, in three days, considering technical and scientific body of the unit, responsible for generating knowledge and techno-scientific production unit. Data were tabulated using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences-SPSS.
Bibliometrics is a statistical technique used to measure aspects of academic production that contribute for developing sciences. The purpose of this article is to present research results highlighting in main works on frugal innovation. The research has been based in bibliometric theories, exploring bases to indicate main correlational areas, documents profiles and verify the level of growth these scientific documents. It was possible to generate visual density and Network maps by Vosviewer software, ranking of documents per authors and World ranking papers from Web of Science and Scopus bases. It was possible to identify and highlight main topics related to management area; keywords associated and related topics for this theme, also answering concepts presented by authors for frugal innovation.
Perform a technological prospecting permits the Company to understand what in the future may have as economic assets to their own nation and which technologies will be available in terms of innovation. In this paper, we aimed to construct a panorama with technological indicators through patents focusing mainly in emerging countries that make up the BRIC group. It was sought as obtaining results, variables such as: profiles of patent offices, numbers of intellectual protection applications, patent applications by offices in the applicable countries of forms resident and abroad by family of patents, as well as the technological profiles of these patents, of their inventors and of their investors. With this multicase study, reflections were supported through bibliographic references in scientific articles and international reports, and the extraction of technological data in patents were results of one exploratory verification in the Patent Office of the World Intellectual Property Organization. Taking the general understanding that emerging countries are growing index in intellectual protection records in the issue of patents and there is a general effort from their offices by the motivation to innovation, as well as multinational companies stand out in this segment of intellectual assets.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
