Purworejo District Health Office (DHO) has developed Health Center Management Information System (HCMIS) to provide quick, precise, and accurate information for supporting the process of decision making and the policy of services at Health Center. However, there was still any empty forms and did not use the system. To standardize Health Information System, Ministry of Health has released a concept of Generic SIKDA. Therefore, the system applied by Purworejo DHO needs to be evaluated using the method of HOT fit. This was qualitative research using indepth interview and direct observation. Main informants were nine data operators and informants for triangulation purpose was six persons from health centers and five persons from DHO. Furthermore, data were analyzed using content analysis. The result of this research revealed that the application of HCMIS at Purworejo DHO was equal to Generic SIKDA. The system had been applied routinely but there was no a guidance book and training. Number of human resources was sufficient. However, there needed to make an implementer team of Health Information System in accordance with competency. There was no routine monitoring and current budget was not sufficient to maintain hardware to support the system. Quality of the system used was good, easy to use, and available of menu to communicate data. Unfortunately, quality of resulted information had still been inaccurate and incomplete because it did not cover data of services at Subsidiary Health Centers (SHC) and Village Health Posts (VHP). The lateness of services was related to a funding procedure. HCMIS at Purworejo DHO was equal to Generic SIKDA but it had not been used to make a decision. As a suggestion, DHO needs to conduct training, monitor, and provide hardware and a network. Meanwhile, Health Centers needs to make a commitment for applying the HCMIS maximally by SHC and VHP.
Menstrual cycle disorders experienced by adolescents aged 15-24 years need to be vigilant because the disorder can indicate ovulation or infertility problems and anemia. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship of physical activity and anxiety levels with menstrual cycle disorders. This research is quantitative research with cross sectional study methods. The population in this study was 346 second semester students with a sample of 83 students. Sample determination using a simple random sampling method. Data collection using polls distributed through google form. Data analysis was conducted univariate and bivariate through pearson product moment correlation test. The results of this study showed that most of the respondents were 19 years old and from Java. Most respondents had menstrual disorders (85.5%), physical activity in the mild category (53.0%) and experienced mild levels of anxiety (60.2%). Correlation test results showed a weak positive relationship between physical activity variables and menstrual cycle disorders (p value=0.032 r=0.236), but anxiety levels were not associated with menstrual cycle disorders (p value=0.613 r=-0.056). The conclusion is that there is a weak positive relationship between mild physical activity and menstrual cycle disorders (p value = 0.032, r=0.236). It is recommended that students increase physical activity with routine. For example doing running, aerobic exercise, cycling and swimming.
IUD is one of the long term contraceptions which its usage is still below the target of Kebumen goverment on 11%. The local government has done a workshop of Contraception Technology Update (CTU) for the midwives in the Kebumen regency so the numbers of the IUD acceptors had increased to 6.57% in June 2012 but however, this is still below the government's target. Some efforts have been done by the local governement but it still can not show a good of IUD contraveption good services. Objective of the research is to give clear descrpition of the analysis of factors relate to intra Uterine Device (IUD) contraception services by midwives in Kebumen Regency. This study this is an observational research with analytic survey method and cross sectional approach. The data were collected using interview consited of strutured questioners to 80 midwives in Kebumen area. The data were analyzed using univariat, bivariat and multivariat analyses techniques. The results show that the variables of knowledge, motivation, acces, human resource availability and policy are in good category but there are still 40% of midwives who have low motivation so they still prefer to give the other more practical contraceptions instead of IUD, and 31% of the places for the IUD services still have not been provided with flipcharts. The variable of IUD contraception has correlation with the variables of knowledge with (p=0.037), motivation (p=0.045), and the availability of the human resources (p=0.021). Meanwhile the variables of service acces (p=0.691) and policy (p=1.000) have no correlation with the behaviour of IUD contraception service. Togetherly the variables of motivation and human resource availability have influenced the behaviour of IUD contraception service p≤ 0.05 with Exp.(B) > 2.It is recomended to midwives to motivate them selves in giving more rasionally Family Planning service and it is necessary to hold an Up to date Contraception Technology Workshops for midwives to increase the quality of IUD contraception services. Keywords : IUD Contraception Services, CTU for midwives
