Soft robotics is an emerging field of robotics that focuses on the design of soft machines and devices with effective human-machine interaction, high conformity, and environmental adaptability. The conventional robots made of hard materials have already achieved precision and accuracy, but they lack in reachability, adaptability, Degree of Freedom (DoF), and safe interaction. Moreover, soft robots mimic the behavior of biological creatures by mimicking their locomotive patterns. The actuation or the locomotion of the soft robots is achieved by soft actuators which are a very important part of soft robotic systems. Herein, a comprehensive review based on the evolution of six actuation methodologies is presented. Various approaches used for the design and fabrication of soft robots such as pneumatic, shape memory alloy (SMA), dielectric elastomers, chemical-reaction enforced, and pneumatic and magneto-rheological elastomers-based actuation methods reported in the last decade. Furthermore, the advancement of these approaches has been rigorously discussed in chronological order for parameters like efficiency, power requirement, frequency, and possible applications. Future challenges and directions toward the advancement in soft robotics are also discussed for achieving the remarkable performance of soft robots in a real-time environment. Furthermore, we believe, this is a complete review package for the young researchers which can help them to understand the evolution of bioinspired robotics.
Food regulations require that tree nuts and derived ingredients are included on food labels in order to help individuals with IgE-mediated allergies to avoid them. However, there is no consensus regarding which tree nut species should be included in this definition and specified on food labels. Allergen detection methods used for monitoring foods target allergen molecules, but it not clear which are the most relevant molecules to choose. A modified population-exposure-comparators-outcome (PECO) approach has been developed to systematically review the evidence regarding (1) which allergenic tree nuts should be included in food allergen labelling lists and (2) which are the clinically relevant allergens which should be used as analytical targets. A search strategy and criteria against which the evidence will be evaluated have been developed. The resulting evidence will be used to rank tree nuts with regards their ability to cause IgE-mediated allergies, and allergen molecules regarding their capacity to elicit an allergic reaction. The results of the systematic review will enable risk assessors and managers to identify tree nut species that should be included in food allergen labelling lists and ensure analytical methods for determination of allergens in foods are targeting appropriate molecules.

sp. at Mardan District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Pakistan. All samples of these rumen flukes were collected from buffalo. The gDNA was isolated from the adult parasites and the ITS1 region was amplified for the sequence analysis. All flukes had 100% similarity and there was no intraspecific variation.
