Currently, technology and mobile health applications are developing and being applied in different fields every day. Especially the use of mobile technology in many health fields offers various opportunities for the use of mobile applications in smoking, alcohol and substance use disorders, which is an important public mental health problem. The aim of this review study was to examine 16 mobile applications designed for the treatment and monitoring of smoking, alcohol and substance use. It was concluded that self-monitoring, notification and warning systems, location services, peer and expert support services were frequently used in the analyzed mobile applications. As a result of the studies, the use of mobile applications as a preventive intervention in the prevention of addiction and as an additional treatment option in addiction treatment is promising. However, this situation brings along various harms, risks and obstacles. This review of the relevant literature provides a critical update of mobile applications used in smoking, alcohol and substance use disorders. This review is expected to be an important guide for mental health professionals and mobile application designers working on addiction.
Amaç: Bu çalışma, papatyanın anksiyete bozukluğu olan bireylerin psikolojik iyi oluşluluk, depresyon ve anksiyete düzeyi üzerindeki etki büyüklüğünü incelemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Materyal-metod: Meta analiz türündeki bu çalışmadaki veriler Mart-Mayıs 2022’de PubMed, Web of Scıence, EBSCOhost ve Google Akademik, YÖK tez veri tabanlarında yıl sınırlamasına gidilmeden tarama yapılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırmaya incelemeler yapıldıktan sonra 7 araştırma dâhil edilmiştir. Araştırmalarda toplam örneklem sayısı 784’tür.. Bulgular: Araştırma sonucunda papatyanın anksiyete üzerinde etkili bir değişken olduğu (SMD: 3,747, %95 CI: 1,621- 0.2,628; Z= 2,311, p = 0.021, I2= %99,448); papatyanın depresyon üzerinde etki büyüklüğünün mükemmel düzeyde olduğu (SMD: 5,762, %95 CI: 6,926- 10,921; Z= 2,190, p = 0.029, I2= %98,753) bulunmuştur. Öte yandan papatyanın anksiyete üzerinde etkili bir değişken olmadığı (SMD: -1,313, %95 CI: 0,294- 0.087; Z= -4,462, p = 0.010, I2= %94,653) belirlenmiştir. Sonuçlar: Çalışmamız sonucunda anksiyete bozukluğu olan bireylerde papatya kullanımının depresyon ve psikolojik iyi oluşluluk üzerinde etkili olduğu bulunmuştur. Çalışmamız sonuçları papatyanın anksiyete bozukluğu olan bireylerde klinik olarak anlamlı bir antidepresan etki üretebileceğini ve bireylerde psikolojik iyi oluşluluk sağlayabileceğini düşündürmektedir.
ÖzBu araştırmanın amacı, Ilgaz ilçesinin mutfak kültürünü analiz etmek ve Ilgaz ilçesinin gastronomi turizmi açısından gelişimine katkıda bulunmaktır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Ilgaz ilçesinde doğan ve yaşayan 60 yaş ve üstü 11 kadın oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında yapılandırılmış görüşme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ses kayıt cihazı ile kaydedilen araştırma verileri, çözümlenerek metin haline dönüştürülmüştür. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde betimsel analiz yaklaşımından yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Ilgaz'ın birçok gastronomik değerinin olduğu ve bunlardan ev yapımı sucuk ve pastırma ile kül çöreğinin unutulmaya yüz tuttuğu, Ilgaz taş fırınlarının tarihinin tam olarak bilinmediği, özellikle Ramazan aylarında bu fırınların aktif olarak kullanıldığı ve hâlâ varlıklarını sürdürdükleri, katılımcıların yemek yapmaya genel olarak 10 yaşın üstünde ve isteyerek başladıkları ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların kış öncesi gıdaları kuruttukları (genellikle fasulye, elma, erik), turşu yaptıkları, ağırlıklı olarak reçel, tarhana, erişte ve perişka yaptıkları belirlenmiştir. Diğer taraftan araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların tümünün geçmişte yer sofralarında yemeklerini yedikleri, K4 dışındaki tüm katılımcıların tek bir tabakta ve tahta kaşıklarla yemeklerini yedikleri bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca katılımcıların çoğunun bayramlarda geleneksel yemek kültürünün devam ettiği görüşünde olduğu, buna karşın düğün ve cenazelerde geleneksel yemek kültürünün devam etmediği görüşünde olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların çoğunun yeni neslin Ilgaz mutfak kültürüne karşı ilgili ve bu kültürü devam ettirme konusunda gayretli oldukları görüşünde olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. AbstractThe aim of this research is to analyze the cuisine culture of Ilgaz district and contribute to the development of Ilgaz district in terms of gastronomy tourism. The sample of the research consists of 11 women aged 60 and over, born and living in Ilgaz district. Structured interview method was used to collect research data. The research data recorded by the voice recorder were analyzed and converted into text. Descriptive analysis approach was used in the analysis of research data. As a result of the research it was revealed that Ilgaz has many gastronomic values and among these, home-made sausage and pastrami and kül çöreği are forgotten, the history of Ilgaz stone ovens is not known exactly, especially during Ramadan, these ovens are actively used and still exist, and the participants generally started cooking over the age of 10 and willingly. In addition, as a result of the research, it was determined that the participants dried food (usually beans, apples, plums), pickled, made mainly jam, tarhana, noodle and perişka before winter.
