Introdução: O enfermeiro obstetra junto a equipe multidisciplinar diante de situações de urgência e emergência obstétrica deve prestar assistência de forma holística com a finalidade de promover e minimizar o sofrimento materno fetal. Objetivo: Analisar por meio da literatura, as principais condutas de enfermeiros frente a situações de urgências e emergências obstétricas. Metodologia: Trata-se de um revisão integrativa de literatura realizada por meio de seis fases, através dos Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCs): cuidados de Enfermagem", "Emergências" e "Enfermagem obstétrica". Os critérios de inclusão artigos em texto completo, língua portuguesa, e publicados no período de 2015 a 2020, e os critérios de exclusão foram: artigos de revisão, livros, capítulos de livros, entre outros formatos de textos e que não respondessem à pergunta norteadora do estudo. Incialmente foram encontrados 91 artigos a partir dos critérios de inclusão, após os critérios de inclusão ficaram 08 artigos. Resultados e Discussões: Foram estabelecidas duas categorias: (I) Práticas dos enfermeiros diante de situações de urgências e emergências obstétricas e (II) Atendimento à mulher no ciclo gravídico nos serviços de urgência/emergência dos hospitais. As categorias mostraram a importância da assistência holística da enfermagem para a resolutividade das intervenções realizadas. Considerações finais: Desta forma, percebe-se a necessidade da ampliação das estratégias para a classificação de risco e acolhimento em casos de urgência e emergência obstétrica, no sentido de ampliar o acolhimento para essas mulheres e o tratamento de forma eficaz.
Introdução: A urgência e emergência são consideradas situações de prioridade que necessitam de atendimento rápido e eficaz em curto período de tempo. As estratégias de ensino realizadas por docentes são primordiais para potencializar o processo de aprendizagem. A aplicação das metodologias ativas no ensino em saúde favorece a prática pedagógica com excelência. O estudo tem por objetivo geral analisar, por meio da literatura, as principais metodologias ativas utilizadas no ensino da disciplina de urgência e emergência no curso de Enfermagem. Metodologia: O estudo foi realizado por meio de uma revisão integrativa (RI), onde seguiu-se as seis fases. Resultados e Discussão: Foram utilizados 11 estudos primários para esta revisão. Nesse cenário, o uso de metodologias ativas no âmbito educacional e profissional potencializa a problematização de discussões acerca do trabalho em equipe, bem como a comunicação para a construção do trabalho em equipe. Considerações finais: Os achados desta revisão são relevantes para os profissionais da saúde, em especial os enfermeiros docentes e atuantes na urgência e emergência.
Objetivo: analisar as contribuições do princípio equidade no contexto da Atenção Primária à Saúde, bem como assistência de enfermagem no âmbito da equidade em saúde. Método: Realizou-se um estudo de revisão bibliográfica de literatura na SciELO e LILACS, realizada no período de julho de 2020 a setembro de 2020, com os descritores em ciências da Saúde: “Atenção Primária à Saúde”; “Equidade em saúde” e “Sistema Único de Saúde”, aplicando-se o operador “and”, sendo os critérios de inclusão Língua Portuguesa, textos completos e publicados no período de 2015 a 2020. Como critérios de exclusão artigos de revisão, duplicados e que não contemplavam o objetivo. Resultados: Utilizando-se 13 artigos para o estudo. Discussão: A equidade é potencializadora do Sistema Único de saúde, na qual apresenta a resolutividade das ações e da assistência de enfermagem. Conclusão: A equidade reduz as desigualdades durante as práticas de saúde, proporcionando o cuidado pautado nas políticas públicas.
