The article discusses issues of managing problem loans in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. The main goal of the article is to solve problems for realizing the positive effects of easing the conditions of bank lending, identifying barriers and constraints taking into account the current policy to free the banking sector from unscrupulous participants. Therefore, the relevance of the topic determines that the problems raised by the authors in the article require a comprehensive study and comprehensive analysis preparing a scientific justification.Based on the identified goal, the authors analyzed approaches to determining problem assets in the banking system, the dynamics of indicators for the development of the banking sector, the share of problem loans in the banking system of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, a consolidated report on the profit and loss of commercial banks, the problems of unsuccessful and problem loans -NPL. Based on the study, conclusions are drawn and recommendations are given. The solution to these problems involves the prevention of banking risks, assessing the adequacy of the formation of provisions for possible losses on loans and the compliance of the business models used by credit organizations with their capabilities.
The transition to Industry 4.0 is accompanied by significant progress and change in many areas of society and the economy. Digitalization changes and improves business processes, simplifies and enriches people's lives. Innovation is taking place. New tools provide, among other things, the collection of large amounts of data. In this regard, the problem of big data analysis is urgent. Since this task is associated with a large amount of digital computing and relies heavily on advanced software and server tools, we were faced with the task of conducting such an in-depth analysis with available software tools with high efficiency. The constructed multi-level universal algorithm for obtaining, collecting, processing and visualizing data is implemented in Microsoft Excel using the Power Pivot add-on. The analysis carried out in the study is aimed at identifying and comparing regions in terms of the level of development of spheres of public life, including the level of digitalization in the context of industry 4.0.
The article discusses an approach to the analysis of static information based on the use of neural network technologies and regression models. The forecast for the neural network was made on the basis of official statistics, data on the development of advanced technologies, and also taking into account the current situation in the dynamics of the incidence in Russia for the period from 2003 to 2020. As a result, forecasts for the next 5 years were determined. Growth is expected to continue, but at a slower pace. At this stage, the incidence and the introduction of quarantine measures adversely affect the situation and lead to a reduction in consumption. It is worth noting that the trends in the production of innovative technologies will continue, despite the negative consequences of the pandemic. This is evidenced by forecast data.

The topic of this article is implementation of blockchain technology in all sectors of the economy, infrastructure, and government system. In recent years, introduction of blockchain was perceived as a revolution in business aimed at making information transfers from one device to another smoother, which significantly reduces the cost: the amount of time, money, human capital etc. Since the launch of blockchain eleven years ago companies, regulators and banks have been actively exploring its potential. The innovation resulted in restructuring of many business processes. The main goal of the research is to analyze the prospects of blockchain development in various elements of economy. Methodologically the research is based on systematic approach. Analysis and synthesis have been used. The article weighs advantages and disadvantages of blockchain and analyzes the prospects for its development. The consensus is that using blockchain in modern economy is essential. We understand that financial community`s future is using information technology for data processing. But blockchain`s weaknesses in terms of protecting personal data are concerning. No centralized operators or administrators are involved in blockchain. The system is managed by all participants peer -topeer, which means that each blockchain member will ultimately be responsible for personal data control and other personal data developers.
