It is believed that the most significant reason for genitourinary infections among women was inadequate hygiene practices rather than use of different contraception methods.
The study utilized an interview format to examine the difficulties experienced by mothers of children with cerebral palsy. Interviews were conducted in the province of Zonguldak between December 2013 and February 2014, Turkey, at a special rehabilitation center with 15 children with cerebral palsy and their mothers registered at the center. A voice recorder was used during the interviews, but since the mothers expressed their unwillingness to have their voices recorded during the interviews when they talked about their sexual lives, face to face interviews were held in a suitable physical environment without the use of a recorder. A semi-structured questionnaire was used during the interviews. The couples are troubled with many difficulties that include personal relations, social and economic problems, as well as issues involving the sick child's care and education. Many difficulties that include personal relations, social and economic problems, as well as issues involving the sick child's care and education, trouble couples with children diagnosed with cerebral palsy. In connection with these difficulties, it was also seen that the situation took a toll on the sexual lives of parents. In the light of these findings, our recommendation is that rehabilitation centers catering to the education of children with cerebral palsy should have qualified nurses on hand to provide a professional approach to reviewing the difficulties mothers face and emphasizing the importance of sexuality.

SUMMARY AIM: The aim of this study is to determine the effects of sleep and touch therapy accompanied by music and aromatherapy on the impact level of fibromyalgia, fatigue and sleep quality in fibromyalgia patients. Although the literature on fibromiyalgia mentions that fatigue and sleep disorders are prevalent in fibromyalgia patients and that some alternative methods facilitate sleep and diminish the sensitivity to fatigue, there is no program used in the hospitals for the fibromiyalji patients in Turkey. METHOD: The study employed a pre-test post-test control group model. Data were collected by using a Personal Information Form, a Fatigue Severity Scale, a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, and a Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire Scale. During the theraphy used music and aroma. This study was carried out between September 2009 and March 2011, Trabzon, Turkey. Each groups were randomly selected. The therapy lasted for 6 weeks of two sessions a week for each patient, and each session lasted 30-35 minutes. The questionnaires that had been implemented at the last meeting were administered once again. RESULTS: The study found that there are positive changes on sleep quality, fibromyalgia impact level, and fatigue level between the pre-treatment and post-treatment(p<0.05). CONCLUSİONS: The use music and aromatheraphy were positive effective in many symptoms, sleep quality and fatigue of the patients.
The world has been aging, and technology has been advancing. Increasing population and chronic diseases indicate that importance of home care will continue. Many important chronic diseases in the world-such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), hemodialysis and heart failure-affect the daily life and quality of life of the individual negatively. The patient needs help and support from the caregiver in many ways, such as using medicines, maintaining health checks, and maintaining daily living activities. In particular, in the home care process of the disease, there are difficulties in the physical, social, emotional and economical areas for both individuals and caregivers. Through the role of educator, the nurse can help to share the burden of care with family members, to give equal responsibility for each individual in the family and to plan the care period.
