A planar three electrodes system (PTES) chip which is consisted of planar Au, Ag/AgCl, and Pt electrodes on ITO (Indium‐Tin Oxide) glass is fabricated using state of the art inkjet printing technology to serve as biosensor for electrochemical detection of biomolecules. The electrochemical detection of melamine and dopamine is successfully performed with this PTES chip and established higher sensitivity in comparison with traditional commercial three electrode system, indicating this PTES chip has great potential in practical applications as electrochemical sensor for biomolecules.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
