wurde der Verlauf der Rehabilitation mithilfe eines funktionsbasierten Return to
Activity Algorithmus evaluiert und der Trainingsplan wöchentlich angepasst, um
auf die nächsten Belastungsstufen vorzubereiten. 18 Wochen nach dem Trauma
konnte der Patient so wieder mit einem fußballspezifischen Training beginnen und
stufenweise ins Mannschaftstraining einsteigen. Nach 21 Wochen bestritt er sein
erstes Pflichtspiel und blieb auch in der Folge verletzungsfrei.
