-N°96 FORMATION EMPLOI* Benjamin Dubrion est maître de conférences en économie, membre du Laboratoire d'économie de la firme et des institutions (LEFI), université Lyon 2. Il travaille dans les champs de l'économie de la firme et de l'économie des ressources humaines. Il a publié notamment : « Les relations entre autorité intra-firme et dispositifs de gestion des salariés : une interprétation critique des analyses économiques contractualistes appliquées à la GRH », Revue Économique, vol. 56, n°5 (2005) ; « Quels modèles d'évaluation du travail ? », (en collaboration avec B. Baudry), Travail et Emploi, n°104 (2005) ; « Économie et gestion des ressources humaines : une synthèse des apports et limites des théories des contrats », Revue d'Économie Industrielle, n°106 (2004).1 Cet article est tiré d'une recherche menée ces deux dernières années pour le compte d'un établissement de formation du supérieur en apprentissage. Résumé L’objet de cet article est d’interroger les pratiques récentes croisant GRH et RSE. Nous montrons d’abord que les questionnements actuels autour de la « gestion responsable des ressources humaines » ne sont pas fondamentalement nouveaux, faisant écho aux interrogations menées il y a plus d’un siècle par certains auteurs américains. C’est alors à la lumière de ces interrogations que nous éclairons dans un deuxième temps la logique des pratiques actuelles de RSE instaurées en direction des salariés.
