Avaliou-se a dengue mundial e nacionalmente, através de uma análise epidemiológica quanto à distribuição e formas. Avaliou-se o Programa Nacional de Controle à Dengue (PNCD) quanto a sua implantação através do estudo do Diagdengue. Foi feita uma análise fatorial através de um conjunto de indicadores contributivos para a variabilidade. Somou-se os escores dos indicadores e a classificação dos municípios prioritários para o PNCD, para a construção de um índice, apresentando-o por estado e por trimestre, com intervalos distribuídos num intervalo de 0 a 9. A implantação do PNCD se dá de forma irregular, prevalecendo municípios com implantação ruim na região Norte e Nordeste. Na segunda análise, agregou-se a variáveis socioeconômicas dos municípios selecionados. Para os testes de associação, agrupou-se em duas classes: "ruim" e "bom/muito bom". Considerou-se a associação entre o índice de infestação predial informados no banco de dados do FAD e o índice construído. Foram usados para a verificação de associação testes de análise variância, teste de tendência e estimativa de razões de chance. Observou-se que municípios com baixo analfabetismo, alta coleta de lixo, alta proporção de instalações sanitárias estão correlacionados com uma boa classificação do município em relação ao Diagdengue.
Introdução: Os preceptores são profissionais do serviço/assistência que, aliado a um conhecimento pedagógico, acompanham o desenvolvimento profissional de futuros profissionais de saúde. Objetivo: Analisar a percepção sobre a atividade de preceptoria quanto aos desafios e perspectivas no Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde (PRMS). Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo quanti-qualitativo baseado na construção e validação de uma escala Atitudinal do tipo Likert. Resultados: Os resultados obtidos foram organizados em quatro dimensões: (D1) Preceptoria como fator contributivo para o processo de formação em saúde; (D2) Formação do preceptor e as competências para o exercício da preceptoria; (D3) A articulação da teoria/prática na atividade de preceptoria no programa de residência multiprofissional em saúde e (D4) Características do preceptor ideal. Conclusão: Constatou-se que o preceptor ao ampliar seu repertório técnico/profissional e pedagógico, estará favorecendo também a articulação da teoria com a prática.
Avaliação da usabilidade do Guia Alimentar Digital móvel segundo a percepção dos usuáriosEvaluation of the usability of a mobile Digital Food Guide based on user perception
Objetivo: Identificar a percepção dos profissionais de saúde quanto a um programa de Educação Continuada (EC) voltada ao uso de novas tecnologias no campo da saúde. Materiais e Métodos: Estudo descritivo e exploratório de abordagem quantitativa, realizado em um hospital privado situado na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Para coleta de dados foi elaborado um instrumento de percepção do tipo atitudinal Likert, composto por quatro dimensões (serviço de EC como um espaço estimulador de conhecimento sobre Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC) em saúde; uso de TIC em saúde como ferramenta estimuladora do trabalho interprofissional; uso do Prontuário Eletrônico do Paciente (PEP) e a sua relação com a promoção do processo de Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS); e, o PEP como instrumento qualificador para assistência à saúde) e 17 asserções positivas randomizadas. Participaram do estudo 71 profissionais de saúde (médico, enfermagem e fonoaudiólogo). Resultados: A média da pontuação das dimensões estava dentro do intervalo de classificação denominado “percepção boa/positiva”, o que indicou concordância entre os respondentes quanto às ações desenvolvidas pelo programa de EC. Os participantes inferiram o programa como um espaço estimulador para a qualificação de uso de tecnologias no processo de cuidar, trabalho interprofissional e promoção da EPS.Conclusão:As ações do programa de EC possuem potencial para qualificar a assistência à saúde e a construção de significados relacionados ao uso de novas tecnologias em saúde.
