ABSTRAKBerdasarkan data Produksi Karet di Indonesia terdapat peningkatan rata-rata 1,5% pada tahun 2015-2020, dimana produksi karet terbesar adalah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yaitu 28,77%. Dengan peningkatan dan upaya pemanfaatannya maka dilakukan penelitian substitusi getah karet ke aspal. Getah karet yang digunakan adalah berbentuk padat dan berasal dari Pangkalan Balai, Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji karakteristik aspal pen 60/70 disubstitusi dengan kadar getah karet alam 0%, 2,5%, 5%, dan 7,5%. Pengujian mengacu pada SE Menteri PUPR No 04/SE/M/2019. Hasil pengujian menunjukan nilai penetrasi, daktilitas, berat jenis, viskositas 135°C, kelarutan dalam TCE, TFOT, serta penetrasi dan daktilitas setelah kehilangan berat mengalami penurunan dengan ditambahnya kadar getah karet. Sedangkan nilai titik lembek, titik nyala, dan kehilangan berat mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik aspal menjadi lebih keras dan diindikasi tahan terhadap deformasi tetapi rentan terhadap retak. Dari nilai pengujian disimpulkan bahwa kadar getah karet alam 5% memenuhi spesifikasi aspal modifikasi.Kata kunci: getah karet alam, aspal pen 60/70, aspal modifikasi ABSTRACTBased on Rubber Production data in Indonesia, there has been an average increasing of 1.5% for 2016-2020, where the largest production of rubber is South Sumatra Province, which is 28.77%. With the improvement and utilization efforts, research was carried out on mixing rubber sap into asphalt. The rubber sap that has been used is solid and comes from Pangkalan Balai, South Sumatra. This study aims to examine the characteristics of 60/70 pen asphalt substituted with natural rubber latex levels of 0%, 2.5%, 5%, and 7.5%. The test refers to SE Menteri PUPR No 04/SE/M/2019. The test results have shown the value of penetration, ductility, specific gravity, viscosity of 135° C, solubility in TCE, TFOT, penetration and ductility after weight loss has decreased with the addition of rubber sap content. Meanwhile, the values for softening point, flash point, and weight loss increased. This indicates that the characteristics of the asphalt become tougher and indicate that it is resistant to deformation but is prone to cracking. Judging from the test value, it can be concluded that the 5% natural rubber latex content meets the specifications of asphalt modification.Keywords: natural rubber, asphalt pen 60/70, asphalt modification
Abstract After more than 3 months of implementing mobility restrictions, in response to the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, the Indonesian Government will ease these restrictions towards the New Normal period. With these changes, the question arises about how the activity-travel in the New Normal period will be. This study aims to understand the effect of changing experiences during a pandemic on individual intentions in changing travel patterns and online activities during the New Normal period. The results of distributing questionnaires, which were conducted online, were used to support the analysis carried out. This study shows that there is a reduction in the frequency of trips and activities during the pandemic and there is an intention to make adjustments to the number of travel and activities during the New Normal period. An increase in travel activity was found among young travelers and workers. The adaptation of electronic devices during the pandemic has a positive effect on the intention of online activities during the New Normal, so that it has the potential to increase online activities continuously after the New Normal period. Abstrak Setelah lebih dari 3 bulan penerapan pembatasan mobilitas, sebagai respon terhadap pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia, Pemerintah Indonesia akan melakukan pelonggaran pembatasan tersebut menuju masa Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru. Dengan perubahan tersebut, muncul pertanyaan tentang bagaimana perjalanan-aktivitas pada periode Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh perubahan pengalaman selama pandemi terhadap niat individu dalam mengubah pola perjalanan dan aktivitas online selama periode Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner, yang dilakukan secara online, digunakan untuk mendukung analisis yang dilakukan. Studi ini menunjukkan adanya pengurangan frekuensi perjalanan dan aktivitas pada masa pandemi dan terdapat intensi untuk melakukan penyesuaian jumlah perjalanan dan aktivitas saat periode Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru. Peningkatan aktivitas perjalanan ditemukan pada pelaku perjalanan muda dan pekerja. Adaptasi perangkat elektronik pada saat pandemi berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi aktivitas online saat Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan aktivitas online secara menerus setelah periode Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru. ABSTRAKAspal merupakan material pengikat perkerasan lentur yang sangat peka terhadap temperatur. Salah satu cara mengurangi sifat kepekaan tersebut adalah melakukan modifikasi aspal dengan subtitusi getah karet alam sebagai pemanfaatan sumber daya alam. Hal ini didukung dengan peningkatan penghasilan rata-rata karet alam di Indonesia tahun 2015-2020 adalah 1,5%; dimana penghasilan karet terbesar 28,77% di Provinsi Sumsel. Penelitian ini bermaksud menganalisis tingkat kepekaan aspal terhadap temperatur dengan nilai indeks penetrasi (IP) aspal dengan nilai penetrasi 60/70 disubtitusi pada persentase tanpa getah dari karet alam; subsitusi 2,5%; subsitusi 5%; dan subsitusi 7,5%. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan bahwa nilai IP semakin meningkat dengan ditambahnya Persentase karet alam; yaitu -0,347 untuk 0%; -0,179 untuk 2,5%; 0,419 untuk 5%;, dan 0,557 untuk 7,5%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan bertambahnya persentase karet sehingga aspal bertambah keras dan kurang peka terhadap temperatur karena kandungan getah karet alam yang non bitumen. Hal ini dapat diindikasi bahwa dengan bertambahnya Persentase karet maka aspal semakin tahan terhadap deformasi tetapi rentan terhadap retak.Kata kunci: indeks penetrasi, getah karet alam, aspal ABSTRACTAsphalt is a flexible pavement binder which is very sensitive to temperature. One way to reduce this sensitivity is to modify asphalt by substituting natural rubber latex for the use of natural resources. This is supported by an increase in natural rubber production in Indonesia by an average of 1.5% in 2015-2020, where the largest rubber production is 28.77% in South Sumatra Province. This study aims to assess the sensitivity level of bitumen to temperature with the penetration index (IP) value of 60/70 pen asphalt substituted with natural rubber latex levels of without subtitution, 2,5% subtitution, 5% subtitution, and 7,5% subtitution. The test results showed that the IP value increased with the addition of natural rubber content, namely -0.347 for 0%, -0.179 for 2.5%, 0.419 for 5%, and 0.557 for 7.5%. This shows that with increasing rubber content, the asphalt is getting harder and not sensitive to temperature because of the non-bituminous natural rubber latex. It can be indicated that asphalt is increasingly resistant to deformation but susceptible to cracking.Keywords: penetration index, natural rubber latex, asphalt
