A Zrínyi Honvédelmi és Haderőfejlesztési Program egyszerre tűzte célul a honvédelem társadalmi feltételrendszerének javítását, a haderő haditechnikai korszerűsítését, illetve a magyar védelmi ipar intenzív fejlesztését. Az adott globális biztonsági, gazdasági és technológiai környezetben ezek a biztonság- és védelempolitikai célok csak jelentős innovációk révén érhetők el. A tanulmány ezért a hazai innovációs környezet vizsgálatára vállalkozott. A vizsgálat alapján az innovációs rendszer jelenlegi teljesítményenem elégséges a hazai versenyképesség további javulásához és a védelmi ipar fejlesztésével kapcsolatos célok elérését is akadályozó kihívások vannak jelen.
This article analyses possibilities for securing cargo on selected military truck -middle cargo terrain Tatra T-810 DO AŠ. It presents a model of cargo securing using lashing straps, which is based on the minimum and maximum angle possible between lashing strap and horizontal plane where mounted. It compares inertial forces in the x-axis and y-axis, where the data source is in one case the basal variant of measured values of acceleration coefficients and in the second case normatively set values of acceleration coefficients. Both outputs -the size of the inertial forces in both axes are compared and a set of recommendations for cargo securing is formulated.
The paper discusses a new experimental investigation and analysis method conducted in the field of terminal ballistics based on shooting experiments. The shooting was performed with the aim of determining the geometry of the spall cone caused by the spallation on both sides of the target armour plate when a bullet is penetrating through it. During the measurement, armour plates made of different materials with different thickness were shot through using different bullets. The influence of the armour material type and its thickness on the spall generation was examined.
Introduction/purpose: The paper presents a model of logistics support planning in the conditions of limited logistic resources based on the prioritization of customer requirements and resource allocation. Decisionmakers play a crucial role in the efficient and equitable allocation of resources as they prioritize among different user requirements. Methods: Requirement prioritization techniques that use nominal scale, ordinal scale, and ratio scale, and five methods for converting ranks into weighting coefficients have been applied to determine the degree of significance of user requirements. The Requirements triage method has been used for establishing relative priorities, while the heuristic algorithm determining the Kemeny median was used to consolidate individually ranked requests into a group rank. In order to balance opposing demands of users, consensus measures of group decision making were used. For obtaining an optimal planned solution of logistic support, the methods and techniques of resource allocation were applied. Results: A model for adaptive planning of logistics support in the conditions of limited resource capacities of the logistics system has been developed. Conclusion: The proposed model can be effectively applied in other areas of resource allocation.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
