By looking at its wide range of applications, the aim of this study is the preparation and characterization of potassium chloride (KCl) nanoparticles by green synthesis using Curcuma longa plant. The detail characterization of KCl nanoparticles is carried out using X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, UV–Visible spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis that the result of KCl nanoparticles is observed as spiny, rock, semispherical, and spherical shape. The results of antibacterial activity show the inhibitory activity against bacteria in the case of preparing KCl by the method of plants, the results are noted that the best concentration in the inhibition area is (31 mm) in bacteria (Staphylococcus epidermidis) at a concentration of (100% mg mL−1).
Transparent and conducting SnO 2 thin film has been produced on (quartz and porous silicon) substrates using rapid photothermal oxidation of pure Sn in air at 600 o C oxidation temperature and different oxidation time. The structural properties and scan electron microscope of the prepared films were studied. The photovoltage properties of a Au/n-SnO 2 /p-PSi/c-Si solar cell are investigated under irradiation of Nd:YAG laser pulses. The porous Si layer is synthesized on a single crystalline ptype Si using electrochemical etching in aqueous hydrofluoric acid at a current density of 25 mA/cm 2 for a 30-min etching time. The structure of the porous layer is investigated using scan electron microscope. The photovoltage properties are found to be dependent on the laser fluencies.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the distribution of density in the laser beam, both from the experimental and theoretical point of view. I measured the density distribution through the He-Ne laser beam and prepared an attempt to compare it with the Gaussian distribution function. Image profiling can be used to determine the distance of objects depending on the distribution of the laser beam spot surroundings by their width. It can also be used to take pictures of things and define their distances and shape things. As we see, Nubia is very good. From the compatibility analysis found that (the program that made the fitting mention of GNUPLOT).
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
