Investments shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is one of the investment with a high rate of return. Stock investment profit greatly influenced by the selection of the right stocks in a portfolio. Analyzing the uncertainty of a stock investor can involve the process of stock selection in group decision which includes investors, investment bankers, analysts, and brokers. Stock selection as a group can produce a stock portfolio with a higher rate of profit than the results of individual decision-making. Implementation of stock selection in group decision support systems (GDSS) used two economic approaches, namely fundamental analysis, and technical analysis. Fundamental analysis uses data financial ratios which have a significant influence on the development of a company's stock. Technical analysis is a stock valuation based on stock movement data time series. This research using AHP, PROMETHEE, and Borda to accommodate the results of shares in group decision making. This research resulted in ranking stocks as a group that can serve as recommendations for investors stock picking.
SMK TI LABBAIKA provides scholarships every semester to students who meet the requirements. The selection process still uses the manual method based on the Headmaster's knowledge. The suitable decision support systems and methods are needed to minimize errors in decision making and get fair decision results. In this study, two decision support system methods were chosen, namely Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The SAW and TOPSIS methods were chosen because they have simple calculations. A comparison of the two methods is carried out to determine the best method for selecting scholarships. The criteria used in this study are student status, number of family members, parent's occupation, parent's income, and semester grades. The 20 alternative data is used for testing. Based on the results of testing the accuracy for the SAW method is 45% while for TOPSIS is 60%.
Cocoa Plant (Theobroma cacao L) is one of the plantation commodities that has an important role in the Indonesian economy. One of the cocoa-producing regions in Indonesia is East Kalimantan, the expanse of land in KALTIM Province is still a lot that is not optimally cultivated so that if utilized for cocoa crops, it will have a positive impact on the regional economy. The first step that should be taken by cocoa farmers is the need to use superior cocoa planting materials (seeds). But in cocoa seed selection there are still many who use manual systems so that this kind of thing takes a long time and is less efficient, so a system is needed that is the System supporting cocoa seed selection decisions using AHP hybrid WP method based on the web. This aims to make it easier for cocoa farmers to efficiently select cocoa seeds. This study aims to calculate and create a system that can manage cocoa seed selection by applying modeling of hybrid WP AHP method that can be accessed by many people. The method used is the AHP Hybrid WP Method which is the merging of two methods namely the AHP method and the WP method. The AHP method is used to evaluate the weight value of the criteria, while the WP method is used to evaluate alternative values so that the two methods get a ranking decision. This application can calculate and process cocoa seedlings to produce the best cocoa seed sequence and accessible to many in need.
Bali is promoting the development of tourist villages and the development of many tourist villages in the area. The development of tourism villages can generate large regional income or income derived from the tourism sector. The problem is that not all tourist villages develop and generate revenue for the government, even many tourist villages are quiet from tourist visits. The selection of the best tourism village aims to find out what supporting factors can increase tourist visits and provide assistance to the tourist village. The purpose of the aid providers is to improve the quality of tourism in the area. The model used in the selection of tourist villages is the AHP and BORDA models. Private companies currently tend to implement contract systems in all divisions and subdivisions. PT.Wulandari Bangun Laksana(WBL)/ Balikpapan Super Block(BSB) operational scope of the implementation of the contract recruitment system up to several times the contract extension so that the employee is eligible to be appointed as permanent employees. During the extension of the work contract, the operational supervisory supervisor carries out an analysis process in determining the eligibility of employees to be accepted as permanent employees. In order to produce the expected assessment, a mechanism and modeling process is needed that can be processed by a system and evaluation and analysis process carried out by the operational supervisor. This study aims to build a decision support system in determining the feasibility of extending the PT.WBL/Balikpapan Super Block(BSB) employee contract based on good and effective performance objectively using the profile matching method. Decision support system is a technique for using the system in managing the evaluation process by the decision maker (supervisor). The implementation of the profile matching method is the application of a method that can handle the appraisal process based on evaluation of criteria and the value of preferences towards employee alternatives. The data processed is employee data in the scope of the operational division Balikapan Super Block(BSB). The results of the evaluation carried out produce an alternative weight of employees, which can be used as consideration in making decisions on the feasibility of extending the work contract or being appointed as permanent employees. Based on the evaluation process of the criteria and alternatives carried out, it is expected to produce decision values and modeling processes with high accuracy values.

The balance of the ratio of lecturers to students is one of the most important components in improving the quality and teaching and learning process of a university. Avoiding shortages in the number of lecturers can be realized by providing scholarship programs to alumni and teaching assistants. This study aims to build a multi criteria decision making application that can assist the Head of HRD in the process of receiving scholarships to advanced and effective study lecturers. The multi criteria decision making application developed in this study uses the SAW method. The implementation of the SAW method includes the process of evaluating the weighting of criteria, evaluating alternative weights, the matrix process, the results of decision making preferences, resulting in the weighting and ranking of each alternative candidate for the scholarship recipient. The results of the evaluation of multi-criteria application decision making in the study are expected to produce modeling with a high degree of accuracy. The results of the analysis carried out can provide alternative recommendations for prospective scholarship recipients to advanced study lecturers in STMIK Balikpapan.
