Background: The campaign of a clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in Indonesia continues to be conducted to improve the public health. During five years of monitoring (2012-2015) the highest PHBS rate in Southeast Sulawesi reached only 49.75% in 2013. While PHBS data in Labunia Village of Muna Regency reached only 7.71% in 2015.Objective: This study aims to determine the factors associated with the clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) of family in the Village of Labunia, regency of Muna, Southeast Sulawesi province of Indonesia.Methods: This was observational analytics with cross-sectional design study. The populations of the study were all household heads who lived in Labunia Village which were 293 households and 75 samples were selected using simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using chi-square test.Result: Of the total of respondents, 36% of family implemented PHBS and 64% of them did not implement PHBS. There were 16% of respondents had good knowledge, 48% of good attitude, and 45.3% of good actions in PHBS. Chi square test results obtained a significant correlation between knowledge, attitude and action in PHBS with p = 0.00 (0.05).Conclusion: There was a moderate correlation between knowledge, attitudes and actions towards the family clean and healthy living behavior in the Village of Labunia, regency of Muna, Southeast Sulawesi province of Indonesia.
Background: Some health program in the Konawe District Health centres has not reached the national target including the percentage coverage of K4 maternal health (67.04%) compared to the target (90%), and exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months has reached 65.69% compared the target of 85%. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of management-based leadership in the Konawe District Health Centere. Methods: The research method usedexploratory research that emphasizes aspects of influence between research variables with hypothetical tests and the description contains descriptions this focuses solely on the influence of variables. Results: This studyshow that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the Management Function. The direction of influence of this relationship is positive which means that the better the leadership, the implementation of management functions will also be better,Leadership has a positive and significant effect on HR Performance. The direction of influence of this relationship is positive which means that the better the leadership, the better the HR performance produced and the Management Function has a positive and significant effect on HR Performance.The direction of influence of this relationship is positive which means that the better the management function, thebetter the HR performance produced will also be better. Conclusion: leadership has a positive and significant effect on the management function, leadership has a positive and significant effect on HR performance and Management function has a positive and significant effect on HR Performance.
Obat tradisional di Indonesia masih digunakan secara luas di berbagai lapisan masyarakat, baik di desa maupun di kota. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang khasiat tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) yang dapat digunakan untuk mengobati penyakit. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendampingan masyarakat dalam pembuatan kebun TOGA dan pendidikan masyarakat melalui ceramah dan praktek pembuatan herbal instan, dan handsanitizer. Penanaman tanaman obat keluarga di Desa Morosi terdiri dari 20 jenis tanaman yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan tanaman obat keluarga. Dengan adanya TOGA ini menjadi dasar untuk melakukan pengobatan swamedikasi dan pembuatan jamu instan jahe, jamu gendong kunyit asam dan handsanitizer spray.
Pegawai sering menderita keterasingan antarpribadi dan kelelahan di tempat kerja. Spiritualitas adalah sebuah proses dalam kehidupan individu, berupa makna dan tujuan, dan semuanya berdampak pada individu lain dan lingkungannya, termasuk organisasi Puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap peningkatan kinerja SDM dan Organisasi puskesmas di Kota Kendari. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan, wawancara, dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai Puskesmas yang ditentukan secara proposional random sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 61 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan metode SEM dengan sofware SmartPLS 3.0. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia (T-statistik=10,181≥1,989; Pv=0,000) dan kinerja organisasi (T-statistik=23,426≥1,989; Pv=0,000). Diharapkan pengambil kebijakan dan pimpinan puskesmas untuk meningkatkan meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi bersifat hierarkis: memanamkan kayakinan dan harapan kepada semua sumber daya manusia sehingga dalam menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsi dapt dilakukan dengan penuh keyakinan.
