ABSTRAK Perawatan gigi ditentukan oleh kesehatan gingival. Rendahnya pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi dan mulut akan mempengaruhi kesehatan jaringan periodontal. Pemakaian Alat ortodontik berhubungan dengan peningkatan kejadian gingiva dan perdarahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan gingiva pengguna alat ortodontik yang memasang pada tukang gigi swasta. Jenis penelitian ialah deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu praktek tukang gigi swasta dan rumah. Responden penelitian berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel ialah total sampling. Analisis data secara deskriptif dan dijabarkan dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengguna alat ortondontik yaitu perempuan sebanyak 29 orang ( 72,5%), dan laki-laki sebanyak 11 orang (27,5%). Kejadian gingivitas berdasarkan umur paling banyak pada usia 7-12 tahun sebanyak 9 orang (27,5%) dan 13 – 18 sebanyak 14 orang (43,75%). Kejadian gingivitis berdasarkan jenis kelamin, laki-laki sebanyak 10 orang (90,9%) dan perempuan sebanyak 22 orang (75,86%). The low maintenance of oral health will affect the health of periodontal tissue. The use of orthodontic devices is associated with an increased incidence of gingiva and bleeding. This study aims to describe the gingivitis of orthodontic appliance users who install it on private dental artisans. This type of research is descriptive with a cross-sectional design. The study was conducted at one of the private and home dental practice. Research respondents numbered 40 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data analysis is descriptive and described in narrative form. The results showed orthodontic device users, namely 29 women (72.5%), and 11 men (27.5%). The incidence of gingivitis based on age at most at the age of 7-12 years was 9 people (27.5%) and 13-18 were 14 people (43.75%). ABSTRAK Tusuk gigi merupakan alat bantu untuk membersihkan gigi dari sisa makanan yang terselip pada sela gigi. Penggunaan tusuk gigi sudah menjadi kebiasaan masyarakat untuk membersihkan makanan. Penggunaan yang tidak tepat mengakibatkan peradangan jaringan lunak mukosa rongga mulut. Tusuk gigi yang tidak steril menyebabkan infeksi pada gusi. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui hubungan status kesehatan gingiva terhadap penggunaan tusuk gigi pada masyarakat di Kelurahan Toriki, Kabupaten Konawe, Sulawesi Tenggara. Jenis penelitian berupa analitik observasional komparatif. Pengukuran status gingiva melalui indeks gingiva, dan pengguna tusuk gigi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 128 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil pemeriksaan status gingiva, sampel yang mengalami inflamasi ringan 47 orang (36,7%), inflamasi sedang 55 orang (43%), dan pada inflamasi berat 26 orang (20,3%). Hasil uji statistik spearmen rank menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan status kesehatan gingiva dengan penggunaan tusuk gigi dengan ρ value 0,03. The use of toothpicks has become a habit of the community to clean food. Improper use results in inflammation of the mucosal soft tissue of the oral cavity. Unsterile toothpicks cause gum infections. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the health status of gingiva and the use of toothpicks in the community in Kelurahan Toriki, Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi.. This type of research is comparative observational analytic. Measurement of gingival status through the gingival index, and toothpick users. The research sample was 128 people. The results showed the results of an examination of gingival status, samples that experienced mild inflammation of 47 people (36.7), moderate inflammation of 55 people (43%), and severe inflammation of 26 people (20.3%). Spearmen rank statistical test results showed a significant relationship between gingival health status with the use of toothpicks with a value of 0.03 ρ. Background: Some health program in the Konawe District Health centres has not reached the national target including the percentage coverage of K4 maternal health (67.04%) compared to the target (90%), and exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months has reached 65.69% compared the target of 85%. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of management-based leadership in the Konawe District Health Centere. Methods: The research method usedexploratory research that emphasizes aspects of influence between research variables with hypothetical tests and the description contains descriptions this focuses solely on the influence of variables. Results: This studyshow that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the Management Function. The direction of influence of this relationship is positive which means that the better the leadership, the implementation of management functions will also be better,Leadership has a positive and significant effect on HR Performance. The direction of influence of this relationship is positive which means that the better the leadership, the better the HR performance produced and the Management Function has a positive and significant effect on HR Performance.The direction of influence of this relationship is positive which means that the better the management function, thebetter the HR performance produced will also be better. Conclusion: leadership has a positive and significant effect on the management function, leadership has a positive and significant effect on HR performance and Management function has a positive and significant effect on HR Performance.
