This Paper aimed to identify the impact of electronic human resource management practices through the main study dimensions represented in the (e-recruitment, e-selection, e-training, e-performance appraisal, e-communications and e-compensation) on the operational performance. Represented through the main dimensions shown as follows: (Time, financial cost, quality of service and flexibility) in the Jordanian telecommunications sectors represented by the three companies of Cellular Communications (Zain, Orange and Umniah). The study population consisted of all supervisory positions employees in the three companies. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method and a stratified random sample consisting of 178 employees males and females who were selected to collect data needed, then the questionnaire was developed and distributed to the sample, data was analyzed using SPSS statistical software, a descriptive and analytical statistics were used for the process of analysis. The results showed that there was an existence of a positive statistically significant impact to dimensions of electronic human resources management (e-recruitment, e-selection, e-training, e-performance appraisal, ISSN 1941-899X 2015 www.macrothink.org/jmr 116 e-communications and e-compensation) on the dimensions of operational performance (time, cost, quality of service, and flexibility). This study aimed to investigate the impact of human resource information system (HRIS) on organizational performance in Jordanian private hospitals, through examining if the (HRIS) components (job analysis, recruitment, selection, performance appraisal applications, and communications) have a significant impact on organizational performance (efficiency, effectiveness). The data was collected using a questionnaire instrument. The population of the research included all private hospitals located in Amman city, the number of private hospitals located in Amman were 39 hospitals whereas the sample of the research included (170) employees working in HR departments from the private hospitals. The result of this study showed that there are a positive impact of the HRMS applications on organizational performance, More specifically, it was found that and a positive attitudes from employees working in Human resources sections in private hospitals towards all human resource information system applications .The result of the study also indicated that employees working in human resources' sections in private hospitals have positive attitudes towards organizational performance which includes efficiency and effectiveness. The current study is intended to provide analysis of the direct and indirect relationships between (E-HRM) strategies and organizational innovation through knowledge repository as a mediation construct. From various previous studies, five (E-HRM) strategies constructs were adopted for this study. These include E- recruitment, e- selection, e-training, e- performance appraisal, and e-compensations, and used the mediating role of a knowledge repository for these constructs to improve organizational innovation. The study applied the smart partial least square (PLS) software to analyse the underlying relationships amongst the most relevant constructs between (E-HRM) strategies, knowledge repositories, and organizational innovation with a total of seven constructs. The results are from top, middle managers (n = 94) working in the Royal Jordanian airline. It was found that there was a strong and statistically positive significant relationship between several (E-HRM) strategies and organizational innovation by using the knowledge repository as a mediation construct.
The purpose of this study is to attempt to highlight the factors of business process reengineering (BPR) processes that effect on organizational performance in the Drivers and Vehicles License Department (DVLD) in Jordan through using ICT as a mediating role. From previous studies, five factors of BPR were adopted for this study, including "Ability to change, Selecting BPR Methodology, Organizational Culture, BPR strategic alignment, and Top management support ". ICT was used as an intermediary role for this structure to promote organizational performance. The study used the PLS software to analyze the basic relationships amongst the most relevant combinations between BPR, ICT, and Organizational Performance with a total of five constructs. As a result of the findings of operational, middle, and top levels (n=124) working in Drivers and Vehicles License Department (DVLD), it was awarded the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Jordan for 2018. It was found that there was a strong and statistically positive significant relationship between several variables of business process reengineering and organizational Performance by using the ICT as a mediating variable.
