The millennial generation is considered a golden generation in the world and Indonesia, in particular, that is capable of being the driving force of changes. They want everything to be fast and easy, especially transactions. Mobile payments provide a fast and easy solution for making payments wherever and whenever. The main objective of this research is to study the factors that influence the acceptance of mobile payment use in the millennial generation using the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology model. Questionnaires were distributed through Google Form. The participant in this study amounted to 125, which were chosen through purposive sampling method. Structural equation modelling -partial least square regression and SmartPLS 3.0 was employed as the measuring tools. Results of this study show a significant positive effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence on behavioural intention. Moreover, facilitating condition and behavioural intention on use behaviour millennial generation tend to use mobile payments as their payment instrument.

QR Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) is a digital payment system using a QR code that officially regulated in 2020. However, during the implementation of QRIS, there were still several problems, including security and data problems. The balance at the transaction time was not truncated, misuse of data, and application errors when scanning QR codes. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the acceptance of digital payments using QRIS. Especially those related to gaps in problems and research by combining the theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) and other variables that are also a problem in applying digital payments Security and Trust. The target population of this study is all digital payment users who use QRIS. Through the convenience sampling method, with a sample of 205 respondents. The questionnaire is distributed through an online questionnaire with Microsoft form. After that, the data will be evaluated using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS). The study results show that security as a reference is fundamental for users to increase their intention to use QR codes. Meanwhile, other components such as performance expectations and trust have proven to be essential components in initiating the intention to use digital payments using QR Code. However, not all variables from UTAUT have a significant impact, such as effory expectations. Abstract. Mobile Payment has developed quickly and easily. One of them by using a QR Code by scanning the Bar Code through the Smartphone camera. Unfortunately, there is inherent risk especially in the aspect of theft of financial and non-financial data. Therefore, this study aims to examine user acceptance in terms of the ease and risk of QR Code Payments. The target of respondents in this study were all users of Payment methods using QR Codes in Indonesia with 100 respondents with a simple random sampling method through online distribution and structured interviews. The method used in this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings in this research show that there is a contribution to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model, especially Perceived Ease of use factor that further strengthens the acceptance of Pay by QR. Target responden riset ini adalah seluruh pengguna metode pembayaran menggunakan kode QR di Indonesia dengan jumlah responden sebayak 100 dengan meteode simple random sampling melalui penyebaran online dan wawancara secara terstruktur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Struktural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan dalam riset menunjukan adanya kontribusi terhadap model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) terutama faktor kemudahan yang semakin memperkuat penerimaan penggunaan Pay by QR. Teaching and learning as a process and concept is often researched through the viewpoint of graduate students as future educators in their respective fields. The aim of this study was to explore graduate students’ conceptions, experiences, and advice about teaching and learning as they embark on their journey as educators. Through purposive sampling, data were collected from students in the final year of their master’s program in education at a large university in Saudi Arabia. A qualitative content analysis of students’ written responses revealed three main themes: 1) definitions of teaching and learning were either teacher-led (predominant) or student-focused; 2) practical activities and assignments framed students’ memorable experiences; and, 3) updated, diverse methodologies including practical applications formed the main advice for educators. Student conceptions of teaching and learning, while predominantly teacher-led, illustrated elements of student-centered learning.  An underlying trend throughout the data was an awareness and description of the ongoing transition from teacher-centered/led to student-centered classrooms in their higher education experiences. Implications of this study include reflection on teaching and student-centered learning as a concept and process in graduate-level education programs and faculty academic development and reconsideration of the traditional faculty-student relationship to a more cooperative and involved one, particularly at the graduate level.   Received: 23 June 2021 / Accepted: 4 August 2021 / Published: 5 September 2021

Digital banking can make banking transactions easier in daily life. However, the presence of technology does not seem to be welcomed. This is due to the unpreparedness of technology for digital banking technology. The target respondents are millennial generation users in Indonesia who use digital banking services during post-corona virus. The sample selection using random sampling with 422 respondents. The data analyses were performed using SEM-PLS. The results show that Optimism, Discomfort, and Insecurity affect the acceptance of digital banking based on perceived ease of use and usefulness. However, Innovativeness has no connection on perceived usefulness. This is because post-covid conditions, the most important thing is how digital banking can support survival. They also argue that digital banking can make it easier and useful for daily life, especially in payment features connected.

<p style="text-align: justify;">This study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis techniques, with the aim of testing the structural effect of family support, entrepreneurial training, on entrepreneurial intentions, with self-efficacy and student achievement motivation as mediators. A total of 203 students participated in this study, through a questionnaire distributed online. The SEM analysis was performed using the Amos 24 App. The results showed that the family environment and entrepreneurship training had a direct and indirect effect on entrepreneurial intentions through self-efficacy and student achievement motivation. The model proposed and tested in this study can be a constructive guide for related parties in an effort to promote students' entrepreneurial intentions.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Online learning is an obligation in teaching and learning activities during the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Game-based learning is a solution in improving student learning outcomes. This research aims to determine the level of acceptance of gamification in terms of Gamification quality (GQ), instructor characteristic (IC), and technology anxiety (TA). The target respondents were students taking information systems courses based on enterprises resources planning (ERP) Gamification. The sample used is a census. That is, the entire population is taken as a sample. A total of 93 students filled out the online questionnaire. Then, data analysis using Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Student satisfaction (SS) and perceived ease of use (PEOUG) are the most influences. PEOUG is also the construct that has the most significant relationship impact, especially with the perceived usefulness (PUG). Meanwhile, two constructs do not significantly impact TA on PUG and PUG on Intention to use gamification (INTG). The obligation of students requires students to ignore the impact and function of gamification. The results of this research also show that technology acceptance model (TAM), the constructs IC, TA, and GQ have a positive effect on PEOUG. Then PUG and PEOUG can positively affect SS.</p>

Purpose: An understanding of financial literacy is important not only for business actors but also for individuals and households; even there is a need to introduce this all-important skill to children early. There is a projection that the financial behavior of the young generation will have a better influence on the global economy than that of the previous generation. Therefore, it is crucial that today’s young generation understands financial literacy.   This study aims to measure how digital financial literacy and financial confidence can influence both the financial behavior and financial well-being of the younger generation. Design/methodology/approach: The participants in this study are university students from all over Indonesia. This is a quantitative research project that uses online questionnaires, and the collected data is processed using structural equations mode-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) with the Smart-PLS application. Questionnaires have been distributed and obtained by 353 respondents to be processed by the Smart-PLS application. Finding: The result indicates that digital financial literacy has a significant effect on financial behavior, and financial behavior also has a significant effect on financial well-being. Meanwhile, financial confidence influences both financial well-being and financial behavior. Conclusion: This research contributes to the body of knowledge by providing information to the public about the importance of digital financial literacy for individuals to control their financial behaviour amidst the rapid growth of financial technology. Furthermore, the research findings are enriched with literature on digital financial literacy, which is still rarely studied. However, a limitation of this study is the fact that the respondents are mainly women. Therefore, there should be further research involving a higher number of respondents and covering a wider research location.
