The diagnosis is often made after some chronic episodes. Search for other locations in the body must be systematic. The treatment is essentially surgical and constrained, consisting of large excisions, and sometimes repeated. Recurrence is common. Our study is based on 40 cases of Verneuil's disease, all male, whose average age is 32 years. Clinical examination was dominated by the presence of several fistulas in the perianal region. Treatment was surgical, associated with large excisions, requiring daily local care. Results were satisfactory and the time for scar tissue development varied between 45 and 60 days. Thefollow-up was of one to ten years and we noted seven cases of recurrence, operated using the same technique and with good results.
Since asymptomatic infections as “covert transmitter”, and some patients can progress rapidly in the short term, it is essential to pay attention to the diagnosis and surveillance of asymptomatic patients with SARS-COV2 infection. CT scan has great value in screening and detecting patients with COVID-19 pneumonia, especially in the highly suspected or probable asymptomatic cases with negative RT-PCR for SARS-COV2. This study aimed to detect incidentally COVID-19 pneumonia on medical imaging for patients consulting for other reasons.

Mots clés Plaie thoracoabdominale · Arme de chasse · Plaie et traumatismeAbstract The hunting accidents have become increasingly frequent. We report a case of a 54-year-old patient with thoracoabdominal shotgun wound. The shot's entry was located at the cardiac's air level. The patient was operated by thoracotomy, with thoracic wall and diaphragmatic repair. Four days after, the patient was reoperated by laparotomy for peritonitis with colic perforation. The patient is still alive after six months follow-up. The shotgun wounds are extremely serious, causes multiple organic injuries. They can be unperceived. They are responsible for a high morbi-mortality and they require multidisciplinary therapeutic management.
Mots clés Invagination intestinale · Occlusion intestinale · Nécrose intestinaleAbstract The ailment intestinal intussusception is rare and could be chronic. We report three cases of intestinal intussusception in adult and discuss preoperative diagnosis and surgical procedures.
