This article presents systematic literature review related to student academic stress during the COVID-19 pandemic in the latest literature. Although there have been similar studies, there are still few that present the newest literature review related to student academic stress during the pandemic. This article uses the systematic review literature method to identify, evaluate, and interpret existing research results with the help of Publish or Perish version 7, VOSviewer, and NVIVO 12 plus applications. The release of articles in scopus indexed journals is limited to three years, namely 2020-2022. From the search results in the Publish or Perish version 7 application, there are 248 articles indexed by Scopus, then selected papers according to compatible themes into 50 pieces. The findings of the topics are stress, students, academic-related stress, academic performance, posttraumatic stress disorder, health psychology, academic achievement, emotional intelligence, depression, COVID-19, online exam, academic success, academic engagement, insomnia, and coping. These 50 articles were analyzed according to the topics set through the NVIVO 12 plus application and described the results according to research questions. This article contributes to subsequent research and studies the theme of student academic stress during the pandemic.
Abstract Educational problems related to the quality of education have been felt in line with the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, there are problems related to the quality of education that does not increase even though the curriculum has been replaced with a new one, and there is a decline in the quality of education even though the level of teacher education is getting better. Another problem is the presence of new competitors, which causes many PAUD institutions to lose interest. This study aims to determine the management of PAUD implementation through the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) and the Learning Organization of PAUD ELPIST Temanggung. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study consisted of principals, teachers, and staff of PAUD ELPIST Temanggung. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using data triangulation. The result of this research is that PAUD ELPIST Temanggung has implemented TQM by improving the quality of education on an ongoing basis with a priority strategy on customer needs. Furthermore, learning organizations have been used in organizational structure, information systems, human resource practices, organizational culture, and leadership.
Memasuki era society 5.0 organisasi khususnya perguruan tinggi harus segera memilih terobosan baru terkait inovasi dalam segala aspek baik dari sisi teknologi informasi (IT), cara operasional, sistem kerja, penilaian kinerja, virtual team work, virtual leadership dan lainnya. Pengembangan pendidikan tinggi mutlak dilakukan jika organisasi ingin tetap survive dan bisa bersaing dengan para kompetitornya. Budaya learning organization penting dimiliki agar organisasi mampu beradaptasi pada perubahan sebagai sarana belajar dan terus memperbaiki diri secara berkelanjutan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas strategi pengembangan organisasi khususnya pendidikan tinggi dengan menggunakan konsep learning organization dalam rangka menghadapi era society 5.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi merupakan kunci utama agar pendidikan tinggi mampu merubah mekanisme yang dimiliki melalui budaya learning organization menciptakan layanan pendidikan berbasis teknologi.
