Upaya perintah dalam mencegah penyebarluasan penularan virus COVID-19 masyarakat diwajibkan untuk mematuhi protocol kesehatan. Program pengabdian masyrakat yang di laksanakan oleh Politeknik Perkereta Apian Indonesi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat untuk nenikiki kesadaran tinggi untuk memathui protocol keseahatan melalui Mencuci tangan, Memakai masker, dan Menjaga jarak (3M). Kesadaran masyarakat akan protokol kesehatan berupa rajin mencuci tangan, memakai masker dan menjaga jarak (3M) dapat mencegah penularan virus COVID-19. Selain kegiatan tersebut juga di adakan kegitan berupa donor darah untuk membantu rumah sakit dan puskesmas dalam menyediakan stok darah di masa pandemic. Metode pelaksanaan adalah dengan penyuluhan tentang perilaku 3M untuk mencegah penularan virus COVID-19, Pemeriksaan gratis dan donor darah, Dialog interaktif perilaku 3M dan praktik 3M untuk anak2. Kegiatan ini melibatkan seluruh masyarakat desa Manisrejo berjumlah 120 rumah tangga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya 3M dan anak-anak mampu untuk melakuan 3M dengan benar.
ABSTRAKModa transportasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam percepatan pertumbuhan sosial ekonomi suatu wilayah. Surabaya adalah ibukota provinsi jawa timur dan merupakan salah satu kota terbesar di pulau jawa. Kota surabaya yang menyandang sebagai ibukota menyediakan berbagai sarana prasarana dalam upaya melayani masyarakat terutama dalam bidang transportasi. Beberapa moda transportasi yang berkembang di kota ini adalah kereta api dan bus dengan rute beberapa kota kecil yang berada di jawa timur. Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin mengetahui karakteristik masyarakat dalam penggunaan moda transportasi kereta dan bus dari arah Madiun-Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket dengan teknik sampling Solvin, Issac micael dan Morgan, kemudian dilakukan analisis data menggunakan model deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui karakteristik masyarakat berdasarkan atribut harga banyak menggunakan transportasi bus, berdasarkan atribut ketepatan waktu memilih kereta dan berdasarkan hadway serta frekuensi cenderung sama. ABSTRACTThe mode of transportation is one very important factor in accelerating the socioeconomic growth of a region. Surabaya is the capital of East Java Province and is one of the largest cities on the island of Java. The city of Surabaya which bears as the capital provides a variety of infrastructure facilities in an effort to serve the community, especially in the field of transportation. Some of the modes of transportation that are developing in this city are trains and buses with routes in several small cities in East Java. In this study the authors wanted to know the characteristics of the community in the use of rail and bus transportation modes from the direction of Madiun-Surabaya. This study uses a questionnaire instrument with sampling techniques Solvin, Issac Michael and Morgan, then data analysis using descriptive models. From the results of the study, it is known that the characteristics of the community based on the price attribute mostly use bus transportation, based on the attribute of the timeliness of choosing a train and based on the hadway and the frequency tends to be the same.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemahaman EWS dan jumlah pelanggaran dengan angka kecelakaan di perlintasan sebidang yang terjadi di perlintasan sebidang KM 287+8.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang merupakan penelitian terhadap subjek dan objek yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Jumlah responden yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 360 responden, pengamatan dilakukan terhadap jumlah pelanggaran dan angka kecelakaan yang dilakukan selama 20 hari pengamatan dan pemahaman responden, sementara metode analisa yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional dengan menggunakan tabulasi silang (crosstab) dan pearson chisqure. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemahaman EWS memiliki hubungan yang sangat lemah dan searah dengan angka kecelakaan di perlintasan sebidang, hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat pemahaman EWS seorang pengendara, maka akan dapat menekan atau menimalisir jumlah kecelakaan yang terjadi di perlintasan sebidang yang memiliki EWS dan jumlah pelanggaran memiliki hubungan yang sedang dan searah dengan angka kecelakaan di perlintasan sebidang, hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi jumlah pelanggaran, maka akan semakin meningkatkan jumlah kecelakaan.
Transportation is very important in accelerating economic, social and cultural growth in a region. Surabaya is the capital of the province of East Java and is the largest city on the island of Java. Surabaya, which is the provincial capital, certainly provides various facilities to serve the community, especially in the field of mass transportation. Several modes of mass transportation that have developed in the city of Surabaya, one of which is a bus with routes to several small cities such as the cities of Madiun, Magetan and Ponorogo. In this study, the authors want to know the characteristics of the community in using the executive bus transportation mode which is considered to have a new fleet with the Surabaya-Madiun toll road. In this study using a questionnaire instrument method with Solvin, Issac micael and Morgan sampling techniques, then analyzed the data using a quantitative descriptive model. From the results of the study, it is known that the characteristics of executive bus users through the Surabaya-Madiun toll road are mostly male, aged 21-30 years, with a high school education background.
Constructing the elevated track at the Manggarai Railway Station has risk which potentially endangers the passengers’ safety due to its construction process is carried out within passengers’ activities around the railway station. This research aims to identify the hazard and risks, analyze the level and control the risk. Moreover, this study also aims to arrange the priority of serial alternative solutions regarding the handling the risk within the construction process of elevated track. This study used methods as follows: Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, And Risk Control (HIRARC) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). In addition, data triangulation was also done by involving three respondents in keeping with to ensure the validity. The analysis of HIRARC generated 11 hazards and risks namely 6 are classified into extreme risks, 4 are rated high risk and 1 is categorized as medium risk. The method of AHP is used to analyze the alternative ways of handling the risks and to find out the priorities above some alternative ways of handling the risks. The sequence of the alternative ways of handling the risks based on the top priority is as follows: (1) first priority by applying the switch over 5, (2) second priority by adding the KLB feeder, (3) third priority by increasing the service facility.
