The objective of the study is to identify the priority tendencies in the investment emerged in recent years in the industrial sector of the national economy as well as the main factors limiting the growth of industrial production. The results show that for both medium/large enterprises and small businesses of the industrial sector, the most negative are the same factors that impede the extension of production. Among the most important constraints are the lack of financial resources, high levels of taxation, lack of demand for the company's products in the domestic market, as well as the deterioration and lack of equipment and the economic uncertainties. The insufficient Russian financial market development and the unavailability of loan funds are associated with the most of the limiting factors. This means that a more efficient state economic and industrial policies are required.
This article describes economic-mathematical model of building and analyzing the economic potential in a rational organization of economic activity for the respective business enterprise. In the article the mathematical model, allowing to demonstrate the complexity of concept "economic potential", to show the necessity of its study in many other fields and at different levels, to build a system of indicators to assess the economic potential of an enterprise, that gives the possibility to analyze different aspects of the potential for the subject in its general and basic elements; to get methods for the determination of the system performance assessment of economic potential, based on the solution of the corresponding optimization problems; to identify some regularities of formation and correlation of quantitative estimates of the economic potentials of the system and its separate elements.
This article examines the issues of the low quality of knowledge, reflected in the results of the last State Unified Exam (SUE), in the context of the shift of the national economy of the Russian Federation towards innovative national development. A special focus is on the analysis of recent years' changes in SUE results and the low effectiveness of the use of relevant resources in the educational system. The author proposes integrating the principle of continuing individualized education with the financial capabilities of the state and the population through the use of the mechanism of a universal electronic card.

Определение перспективных инструментов современного финансового контроля, которые обусловлены нарастающей цифровизацией финансовой системы. Вызовы и противоречия, стоящие перед финансовым контролем в настоящее время. Цели. Обоснование необходимости перспективного финансового контроля посредством имманентной встроенности в экосистемы финансовых рынков и цифровую финансовую инфраструктуру с сохранением его внешнего характера. Методология. Применены теоретические обобщения, конструктивные построения. Результаты. Отмечено несоответствие организационно-управленческих форм современного финансового контроля вызовам финансиализации и цифровизации. Необходимо создать новые инструменты с использованием блокчейн-технологий. Область применения. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для дополнения реализуемых основных направлений развития финансовых технологий системным блоком цифровых инструментов финансового контроля. Выводы. Развитие приоритетов современного финансового контроля связано с новой его организацией на основе принципов открытости, перманентности и всеобщности со стороны всех участников финансовых отношений. Для практической реализации этого предлагается создание встроенной нейронной блокчейн-платформы.
