The objective of this research and development is to develop teaching materials of mathematics on social arithmetic based on Islamic values that are feasible, practical, and effective. This research type is Research and Development (R&D). The model used in this research is consisting of 10 stages. The instruments of data collection used the questionnaires and evaluation questions. The questionnaires are consisting of design, material, and Islamic content. The result of the research is the average of validation percentage is 82,3%, so the teaching material is categorized as feasible. Based on the validation process showed that the teaching material that developed is included the feasible category, with an average percentage are 82.3%. While the results of small group trial showed that the responses of students in the pilot phase of small groups from 16 students are obtained 87.5%, and the result from the test is obtained the average more than 75% of the students who score more than the standard of 75.00. From the results of this research can be concluded that the teaching material of social arithmetic is feasible, practical, and effective.
The number of people with mental disorders in Central Java 2012 is quite high. It is about 3.300-9.300 people. This number is only from the diagnosed patients. One of them is mental disorder of violent behavior. The data obtained from RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo Magelang about this disorder reached 643 patients from May to October 2017. Violent behavior raises anxiety and burdens on families who care the people with violent behavior. The objective of this research was to find out the anxiety and family burden relationships with family members ability in caring violent behavior patients in RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo Magelang. This research used cross sectional approach with 52 total of samples. The technique used was purposive sampling, and the research instruments were anxiety questionnaire (HARS), family burden (ZBI), families’ ability in caring violent behaviour patients and also spearmen rank statictic test. Theresult shows that there is the anxiety is on average level which is 48,1%, the burden is also in average level which is 59,6% and the caring ability is not good which is 63,3%. There is a relationship of anxiety with the ability of family members to treat patients with violent behavior. And there is a family burden relationship with the ability of family members to care for patients of violent behavior.
Hospitals as social organizations responsible for health services for the community are required to always provide good services. Every workplace always contains various potential dangers, with fatigue it can trigger stress that can affect health such as the onset of work stress. Job stress is a dangerous physiological and psychological response that can occur when work is not according to ability. One of the factors that influence burnout. The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation between burnout and work stress among nurses in the inpatient room of Hj. Anna Lasmanah hospital Banjarnegara. The is a quantitative research with descriptive analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study were 83 nurses with a purposive sampling technique. The inclusion criteria in this study were nurses who served as implementing nurses, the nurses with a minimum of diploma nursing education. The exclusion criteria were nurses who were sick, are on maternity leave, are attending education or training and doing research. The measurement of work stress uses the Job Stress Scale (JSS) questionnaire and burnout measurements used was the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Bivariate analysis used was the Spearman rank test. The results showed that the burnout of nurses was mostly moderate of 62 respondents (74.7%). Then the results of research on work stress nurses showed moderate stress by 66 respondents (79.5%). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between burnout and work stress of nurses in the inpatient room of Hj. Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara with a p-value of 0.003.
Background: Mothers who work as nurses are one of the vulnerable groups and are at risk of imbalance of roles in work and family due to multiple roles. The dual role requires working mothers to carry out their duties as mothers and wives at home, while at work can carry out duties as nurses. This is a stressor for mothers who work as nurses in adapting to their roles. This condition can reduce family well-being by decreasing the relationship of family structure, the ability of the role and function of the mother in the family, and the ability to prevent family vulnerability. Interventions that can be carried out to improve the family well-being are Mindfulness STOP (Stop, Take a Breath, Observed, Proceed). Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of mindfulness on family well-being in mothers who work as nurses at X Hospital Semarang. Method: The design of this study was a quasi-experiment pre-post test with a control group, involving 52 respondents obtained by purposive sampling technique based on the results of inclusion criteria screening, consisting of 26 respondents in the intervention group (given Mindfulness exercises) and 26 respondents in the control group (without treatment). Mindfulness STOP is given for 4 sessions totaling 4 meetings in 1 month. Data analysis used Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney tests.Results: The results of this study are mindfulness effect on improving family well-being in the intervention group of mothers who work as nurses with a p-value of 0.000. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is mindfulness can improve family well-being in mothers who work as nurses.Mindfulness is recommended as an intervention to improve employee well-being, especially in carrying out roles in the family and as a basis for further research
Depresi remaja yang memiliki orang tua tunggal merupakan gangguan alam perasaan, emosi yang dialami saat masa peralihan dari anak-anak menuju dewasa akibat memiliki orang tua tunggal baik karena perceraian ataupun kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran depresi remaja yang memiliki orang tua tunggal di SMK Muhammadiyah Bumiayu. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan jenis rancangan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling dengan total sampling sebanyak 60 responden yang memiliki orang tua tunggal. Data diambil dengan melakukan pengisian kuesioner Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) yang diadopsi oleh Damanik dan diambil 14 item skala depresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan remaja yang memiliki orang tua tunggal dalam kondisi normal sebanyak 32 (61,5%), depresi ringan 8 (15,4%), dan depresi sedang 12 (23,1%). Untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memberikan intervensi keperawatan pada remaja yang memiliki orang tua tunggal.
