Work plan and budget are solutions in gathering budget planning data and uniforming budgeting. the purpose of the work plan and budget is to assist all work units in preparing and managing the budget plan without mixing it with other units. The importance of performances analysis method and PIECES framework were chosen in this study because both of method were able to classify the insitution problems, opportunities and information system goals. PIECES Framework as a questionnaire criteria to responding the users and the Importance Performance Analysis method as a result of questionnaire data from 88 respondents in the form of Quadrants. The aim of the research to evaluate information systems is a user satisfaction and importance of information systems. The calculation results with IPA method shows that the user's satisfaction averages and the importance of information system quality is 93.71%. However, there are a few deficiencies that need to be improved in the development of information systems, work plans and annual budgets such as system quality, accurate informations, estimated cost of building the system, security systems efficiency and service improvement for users.
The development of Information Technology as a data communication medium is growing very rapidly. The role of information technology is of course very crucial. However, the problem that often occurs in companies or agencies is the incompatibility of technology expectations with technology that already exists in a company. Therefore, it is necessary to manage the use of information technology. This study is a literature review that aims to analyze the IT governance of companies or agencies in Indonesia that use Cobit 2019. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, to answer Research Questions (RQ): RQ1 related to the company or agency that is the case study when evaluating governance using Cobit 2019, RQ2 related to the type of journal publication and year of publication of the article, and RQ3 related to recommendations from recommended domains from journal case studies. The results of the study obtained as many as 18 journal articles and proceedings were selected in the search process according to the established criteria. The results of a specific study in the context of the main question of this study, namely the governance system of 18 companies or agencies have used Cobit 2019 (answer from RQ1). The selected relevant article types include 18 articles sourced from 7 journal articles and 11 proceedings articles with a range of publication years from 2019 to 2021 (answer from RQ2). From the selected articles, it was identified that the use of the Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) domain was the most dominant in the implementation of Cobit 2019 in companies or agencies in Indonesia. The results of the study are further described in this article.
Stunting merupakan permasalahn gizi kronis yang berdampak pada kegagalan pertumbuhan pada balita, sehingga balita terseabut cenderung lebih pendek daripada usianya. Pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak dapat diupayakan dengan adanya kegiatan posyandu balita. Peranan kader posyandu disamping untuk memotivasi orangtua akan kesadaran pentingnya memantau pengukuran tinggi dan berat badan balitanya, juga mempunyai peranan dalam proses pencatatan dan pelaporan hasil penimbangan balita kepada pihak puskesmas. Dengan kerjasama yang baik antara masyarakat, kader posyandu, dan puskesmas ini dapat menghasilkan data-data yang akurat, tepat, cepat, dan benar.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi pencatatan dan pelaporan status gizi balita stunting untuk mendukung monitoring dan penatalaksanaan status gizi balita.Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem yaitu dengan FAST, dan menggunakan desain penelitian Action Research dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Subjek penelitian yaitu 1 petugas kia dan gizi puskesmas, 1 bidan Pembina wilayah, dan 13 kader posyandu balita kelurahan Gajahmungkur. Perancangan desain input, posesn, dan output disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dari pengguna sistem informasi.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sistem informasi pencatatan dan pelaporan status gizi balita stunting “mozita” dapat membantu mengatasi permasalah yang muncul, dengan dapat diakses secara online sehingga dapat membantu proses pemasukan data dan pelaporan secara akurat, tepat, cepat, dan benar.
The choice of contraceptive tools is not an easy thing because the risks or effects will give impact on the body that never using it previously. in the other side, there is no contraception always suit for everybody because the circumstances of each body is different, so the extensive knowledge must be needed to know the advantages and disadvantages of each contraceptive tools then adjusted to the user's body.The expert system for contraceptive tools uses Forward Chaining search method combined with Certainty Factors Method. These method value the patient’s indication. The Expert system gives the output data which define the kind of tool uses of the patient. the results obtained will be able to help people to find indications that lead to appropriate contraceptive tools and advice or suggestions about these tools. The success rate of the contraceptive tools decision experienced by experienced by the user by using forward chaining combined with the CF computation method is also influenced by the number of indication criteria selected by the user. Based on testing that has been done, expert system contraception tools has accuracy level equal to 75%.
Abstract. Traffic monitoring on road needs to be done, the counting of the number of vehicles passing the road is necessary. It is more emphasized for highway transportation management in order to prevent efforts. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system that is able to counting the number of vehicles automatically. Video processing method is able to counting the number of vehicles automatically. This research has development a system of vehicle counting on toll road. This system includes processes of video acquisition, frame extraction, and image processing for each frame. Video acquisition is conducted in the morning, at noon, in the afternoon, and in the evening. This system employs of background subtraction and morphology methods on gray scale images for vehicle counting. The best vehicle counting results were obtained in the morning with a counting accuracy of 86.36 %, whereas the lowest accuracy was in the evening, at 21.43 %. Differences in morning and evening results are caused by different illumination in the morning and evening. This will cause the values in the image pixels to be different.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model dari metode agile yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website menggunakan data dari beberapa jurnal terkait topik tersebut tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) digunakan untuk melakukan review, dan mengidentifikasi jurnal secara sistematis dan prosesnya mengikuti langkah yang sudah ditentukan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa model dari metode agile yang banyak digunakan dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website adalah model scrum dan fokus bidang yang diterapkan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website menggunakan metode agile adalah di bidang bisnis.
