This paper aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty toward the local fast food restaurant in Indonesia. The variables involved in this study were perceived service quality, perceived product quality, perceived price fairness, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Samples of this study were customers of the local fast food restaurant in Yogyakarta. Quantitative method is used to analyze the relationships within variables. This research examined 200 respondents by spreading the online questionnaires that were analyzed by using Structural Equation Model method. To collect the data, this study used convenience sampling method. The results show that perceived service quality, perceived product quality, and perceived price fairness had a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Also, perceived service quality, perceived product quality, and perceived price fairness had a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Finally, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Perceived price fairness was the highest influence on Indonesian consumers for being loyal to the local fast food restaurants.
Infrastructures development in Indonesia is experiencing a high increase. However, many construction failures were due to construction that was not following the predetermined quality. Data obtained from the Investigation of the PNK Technical Team in 2013 contained 5 cases of construction project failure handled by the authorities with a total loss of more than 5 billion to the state. The reality shows that many construction service businesses have names but do not have the supporting facilities. Therefore, data collection aims to analyze the application of the ISO 9001: 2015 application quality management system and its application constraints. Processing data use descriptive statistical analysis and using SPSS version 25 software. The data testing techniques used include validity, reliability, and descriptive hypothesis. The data was collected using a questionnaire method for construction employees in the Design Project for the Tanjung Barat Station Flats. This analysis indicates that the application of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system by taking into account all the points from clause 4 to clause 10 is 85.19% and is in the excellent category (80-100%). Factors that become obstacles in implementing ISO 9001: 2015 are due to the lack of socialization regarding the application of ISO 9001, documented information, and communication between project teams.Keywords : ISO 9001; ISO 9001:2015; Quality Management System.ABSTRAKPerkembangan infrastruktur di Indonesia sedang mengalami peningkatan yang tinggi. Kenyataan menunjukkan banyak usaha jasa konstruksi yang memiliki nama tetapi tidak memiliki fasilitas yang mendukung. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengambilan data yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dan faktor kendala dalam penerapannya. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji hipotesis deskriptif dan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan hipotesis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode kuesioner terhadap karyawan konstruksi yang terlibat dalam Proyek Rancang Bangun Rumah Susun Stasiun Tanjung Barat. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dengan memperhatikan seluruh butir dari klausul 4 sampai klausul 10 adalah sebesar 85,19% dan masuk kategori sangat baik (80-100%). Faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam penerapan ISO 9001:2015 adalah akibat kurangnya sosialisasi mengenai penerapan ISO 9001, informasi terdokumentasi, dan komunikasi antar tim proyek.Kata kunci : ISO 9001; ISO 9001:2015; Sistem Manajemen Mutu.
Intelligent wheelchairs are motorized resting media designed to help users with physical limitations, where an artificial control system is added or used to replace user controls. The aim is to reduce or eliminate the user's duty to drive a motorized wheelchair. At the station there are still many places that are still not accessible by persons with disabilities. As the difference between platform and train height, usually there are stairs that support to enter the train. Therefore the writer makes an innovation so that it can make it easier for people with disabilities to move up stairs in a wheelchair. The design of the wheelchair design uses a crawler type with the help of universal plates from Tamiya, the gearbox uses Twin Motor with a rotation ratio of 204: 1. Servo motor mounted on the seat which is supported by a gyro sensor as a counterweight to the chair when the position of the chair up or down. In the DC motor and servo PID method is added so that the motion changes can be smooth. PID is installed when testing the equilibrium results obtained a little stable oscillation at Kp = 0.27, Ki = 0.0004, and Kd = 0.0001, while when testing the speed obtained the most stable conditions at Kp = 2, Ki = 1, Kd = 0.25.
A cable car is a hanging car that runs by cable. Cable car carrier controlled by DC motor. The cable car can be a solution to accommodate the mobilization of agricultural commodities in areas that are difficult to access while still paying attention to safety and reliability. In this research, the speed of a cable car would be automatically controlled with Programmable Logic Control (PLC). PLC functions as a cable car operation controller by considering 3 parameters, namely: wind speed, maximum load weight, and distance (meters). The speed of the cable car is controlled by the PLC using fuzzy logic. Cable car speed is based on parameters of wind speed, load weight and distance. From the results obtained, the PLC has worked well in regulating the speed of the cable car and if any parameter exceeds the PLC limit, it can turn off the cable car.
<p>Lifting <span>petroleum to the surface requires a mechanism called an artificial lift. This mechanism is useful for increasing the flow of fluids from a well. One that uses this method is the rod pump. The rod pump system needed the appropriate design (through the determination of the value of the parameters that affect) so that the pump runs optimally. But changing the appropriate design in real terms is not economically and time-efficient. The ideal rod pump system analysis procedure is to take downhole data (in the well) which is commonly called a pump card. A pump card calculation simulation is needed to efficiently analyze the rod pump system. The wave equation can describe the model of the rod pump system. A simulation of pump data calculation is performed using the finite difference method for the wave equation solution. Through the process of tuning parameter values using trial and error methods, the steps of tuning the parameter value of the rod pump system are proposed in this paper. For further research, a pump card calculation method based on a surface card can be developed to efficiently analyze the rod pump.</span></p>
Kucing adalah hewan kesayangan yang sangat populer dikalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Ketersediaan dokter tidak sebanding dengan banyaknya masyarakat yang mencintai kucing serta pemilik juga banyak yang belum mengetahui cara pemeliharaan dengan benar. Jenis penyakit yang dialami kucing sangat banyak maka dari itu membutuhkan penanganan dan pengobatan yang berbeda-beda. Maka untuk dapat mendiagnosa penyakit pada kucing dibutuhkan sebuah sistem dengan berbasis Case Based Reasoning(CBR) dengan metode K Nearest Neighbor. Case Base Reasoning (CBR) dapat penyelesaikan masalah berdasarkan masa lalu yang sama untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang baru, dalam memecahkan kasus baru maka mengingat kasus lama. Algoritma K Nearest Neighbor memilih data sejumlah K yang paling dekat dari data baru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah CHRISP –DM (Cross Industry Process for data mining) dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: Fase Pemahaman Bisnis, Fase Pemahaman data, Fase Pengolahan Data, Fase Pemodelan, Fase Evaluasi dan Fase penyebaran. Data yang didapat 320 data, setelah melalukan fase pengolahan data menjadi 250 data. Pengujian akurasi didapatkan akurasi yang paliing tinggi adalah dengan menggunakan nilai K= 3 dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 97 %.
Batik merupakan karya seni yang dijadikan kultur budaya asli Indonesia. Sehingga batik dikenal dunia sebagai ciri khas Indonesai, dengan banyak sekali motif yang beranekaragam. Keanekargaman motif batik merupakan khas dari masing-masing daerah se-Indonesia. Motif Batik Pekalongan memiliki khas keanekaragman warna, perpaduan motif alam, dan motif moderen. Pada era digital pemasaran batik melalui marketplace yang telah menjangkau dunia dengan tidak terbatas. Tetapi motif batik digital rawan untuk dimanipulasi sehingga diperlukan perlindungan hak cipta motif batik secara digital. Untuk itu pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan dan pengembangan aplikasi watermarking dengan menggunakan metode Least Signnificant Bit (LSB). Pembuatan aplikasi watermarking pada penelitian ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java dengan netbeans versi 7.4. Dari sistem aplikasi watermarking yang dirancang dilakukan pengujian, bahwa aplikasi ini dapat berfungsi dengan baik sebagai solusi untuk perlidungan hak cipta motif batik.
