In the learning process it is very important to try to get students to think creatively in solving problems and engaging actively. This research is an experiment in the form of design pretest postest control group design. The subjects in this study were two classes of 62 grade VIII junior high school students. The instruments used are tests of creative reasoning skills and mathematical problem solving in the form of 5 essay questions and learning interest questionnaires. Analyze data using Gain test, Chi Square test and Contingency Coefficient. The results found that improved creative reasoning skills as well as the mathematical problem-solving abilities of students with Treffinger learning were superior to regular learning. In addition, it was also found that the higher the student's learning interest the higher their creative reasoning skills and mathematical problem solving skills. Other findings include associations between students' learning interests, mathematical creative reasoning skills and students' mathematical problem-solving skills classified as moderate.

Kedua opsi tersebut dirasakan cukup melihat kondisi sekarang mengingat internal Bontot Salminah baik dari segi teknologi, SDM, serta modal menyesuaikan keuangan dari pengelola Bontot Salminah. pengembangan produk Bontot Salminah melakukan label dan kemasan yang menarik (baik dari nama, gambar, ukuran bontot dan desain kemasan) dengan baik. Pemasaran online oleh Bontot Salminah dilakukan melalui Jejaring Sosoal baik Facebook dan Instagram serta masuk ke market place toko online. Karena diyakini sangat efektif mendorong pemasaran. Serta dibuatkan testimoni baik gambar maupun video yang di upload via Youtube
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the work culture, job satisfaction and performance of employees of PT. Trijaya Medika Farma and motivation as moderator. Where the employee is still not maximum performance especially discipline and high attendance levels so the impact on production targets were not achieved. The population in this study a total of 287 employees, and the sampling technique used purposive sampling with the formula slovin the study sample as many as 74 employees. This research is quantitative descriptive, namely research on the data collected and expressed in terms of numbers, though also in the form of qualitative data as supporters, such sentences are arranged in kuesioner. his research analysis tools using regression analysis statistical method. The result of the research shows that the work culture does not affect the employee's performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on the employee's performance, the motivation does not succeed moderate the work culture with the employee's performance, the motivation to moderate between job satisfaction and employee performance
Radicalism and anarchism can be carried out by students who are studying at public or private universities, especially in Serang City, Banten Province. The purpose of this study is to examine and improve the religiosity of university students in Serang City in countering radicalism and anarchism. The research used a qualitative approach with phenomenology as a method. The results of this study conclude that the religiosity of students in Serang City can be improved in several ways; carrying out periodical Islamic studies, istighasah (praying), learning to read and write the Qur'an, commemorating Islamic holidays, reviewing Islamic books, I’tikaf (staying) and taking care of the mosque, and going a pilgrimage. The role of universities in countering radicalism and anarchism, meanwhile, is by assigning Islamic religious education lecturers to guide and control the students to follow those activities.
