The modern β-adrenergic agonists (β-blockers) possess one or more than one chiral center in their structure. Two enantiomers exhibit distinct pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic behaviors. Current progress in drug designing has resulted in the ability to understand the role of chirality in modern therapeutics. Furthermore, with a greater understanding of the molecular structure of precise drug targets, development of new drugs is directed towards the pure enantiomers instead of its racemates. The present review deals with a discussion on the stereochemical facets of chiral clinical β-blockers. This review provides details of stereo-selectivity in the pharmacological behavior of some of β-blockers and their metabolites. An effort has been made on highlighting the distinction between the therapeutic behavior of the racemic mixtures and pure enantiomers.
This investigation examined the wheat microbiome under six different agricultural field conditions to understand the role of cropping pattern on soil microbial diversity. This study also elaborated the community composition, which has importance in economic (role of beneficial community leading to higher production) and environmental (role of microbial diversity/community in safeguarding the soil health, etc.) arenas. This could lead to a sustainable farming approach for food security and improved ecosystem health.
Cryptographic algorithms provide security against attacks during encryption of data. However, they are computationally intensive application and consume large amount of CPU time [1] and space at time of encryption. The goal of this paper is to compare the different encryption algorithm and to find space complexity of the encrypted and decrypted data by using complexities of encryption algorithm. . In this paper provide comparison between five most widely used algorithms. Based on following experimental it can be seen that TDES in general perform better than other algorithms. In this, find that how these algorithms better utilize for improving performances of algorithms in terms of space complexity.
