Prestasi akademik menjadi salah satu indikator penting dalam mengukur keberhasilan belajar dari aspek kognitif. Prestasi akademik akan menentukan siswa masa depannya baik saat melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi maupun bersaing di pasar kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan prestasi akademik, time management, motivasi belajar, dan gender menurut status pekerjaan mahasiswa. Penulis juga menguji dampak time management, status pekerjaan, dan gender terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Populasi yang yang digunakan sebanyak 370 mahasiswa FKIP di Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf di Tangerang Tahun Akademik 2021/2022. Ukuran sampel sebanyak 192 mahasiswa (5% sampling error) dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner online dengan google form yang didistribusikan melalui Whatsapp. Analisis data menggunakan uji perbedaan non parametrik Mann-Whitney U Test. Hasil penelitian menemukan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan prestasi akademik mahasiswa berdasarkan karakteristik status pekerjaan, demikian juga dengan perbedaan gender. Hasil uji regresi logistik biner menemukan bahwa gender berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan time management dan status pekerjaan tidak. Hasil temuan ini berkontribusi dalam menambah ilmu pengetahuan di dunia pendidikan khususnya prestasi akademik. Adanya status pekerjaan yang dimiliki mahasiswa dapat berimplikasi pada tinggi rendahnya prestasi akademik yang diperoleh.
Improving MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) performance is essential for business owners to increase their income and welfare. However, recently, the company’s performance tend to decrease, particularly among MSMEs’ businesses, resulting in a significant reduction in the country or region’s the economy and household income. Based on that reason, this research was conducted to examine the impact of social capital, location, and control variables on the MSMEs performance. Using the incidental sampling technique, the authors collected data from as many as 131 samples located and opened a business in North Tangerang. The distributed instrument has been initially checked for its validity and reliability. Multiple regression was employed to analyze the data. The finding showed that social capital and location significantly determined the improvement of MSME performance. The greater the accumulation of social capital and precision of business location, the greater the company’s performance. These findings contribute to providing important information considering social capital and location as determinant factors for future policies and business plans.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh reviews online tehadap minat beli (1) pengaruh kebutuhan kognisi terhadap minat beli (2) pengaruh reviews online dan kebutuhan kognisi secara bersama-sama terhadap minat beli (3). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang bersifat deskriptif-korelasional dengan pendekatan elaboration likelihood models (ELM). Populasi pada pelajar SMK Gama Tangerang yang menggunakan aplikasi Shopee.co.id. sampel sebanyak 120 responden dengan teknik judgement sampling. Uji validitas menggunakan Pearson sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah analisis jalur (path) dengan bantuan analisis regresi berganda dan uji sobel menggunakan SPSS versi 21.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa reviews online berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000˂0.05. Elaboration likelihood models dalam pendekatan deskripsif yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelajar di SMK Gama Tangerang lebih mengandalkan central route. Kebutuhan kognisi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.062˃0.05. Reviews online dan kebutuhan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000˂0.05 dan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung reviews online terhadap minat beli yang di mediasi secara parsial oleh kebutuhan kognisi sebesar 0.154.
This article aimed to analyze the student learning experiences during the pandemic at Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang. The researchers used a qualitative method. The collecting data used interviews and observation. Interview conducted on several lecturers and academics to get data analysis. Then examined the results of the interviews to get the essence and data findings that could answer the problems of this study and hypotheses. Based on data analysis the researchers concluded that the digital or technology-based learning experience during the remote learning period in response to the pandemic has indicated that learning was exciting because either lecturers and students have established very synergistic collaborations to produce learning quality that was as expected. One of the important issues as a generator of the world economy is the tourism sector. It can reflected in fluctuations in the number of visitors to tourist destinations that tend to increase, so it becomes a discussion material by both researchers and policy makers. This study investigate the determinants of consumer behavior in determining tourist destinations in Tangerang Regency, namely age, family structure, and education level. This study used a cross-sectional survey approach and analyzed it with a binary probit regression model. Sample sizes were 395 respondents from an infinite population. The sampling technique used an accidental sampling technique. The primary data was obtained using questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Probit regression analysis showed that the age and level of education have a significant effect on consumer behaviour (visitors) in the selection of tourist destinations, while the family structure was not significant. The contribution of this research provides an alternative model of analysis and improves the consistency of the results of previous research. The current study also contributed to the importance of managing tourist destinations, in order to provide greater benefits for visitors and increased regional revenues from the retribution.
