A B S T R A C TThis research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance in operational company as a Work From Office in the Pandemic Era of Covid 19. This research was done because the researcher think that it was necessary to know how is the infuence among variables in Pandemic condition. Therefore, the company could prepare good human resources to face new normal Era. The object of the research was PT.CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang. The researcher gave the questionnaires to 74 employees as the sample of the research. This research used multiple regression analyses, stimultaneous testing and individual testing.This results of the research conducted jointly between all the variables that illustrate that there was the influece of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance. And the results of research individually known that there was the influence of work motivation and work environment and work discipline toward to employee performance. A B S T R A KPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kerja disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan yang beroperasional secara Working From Office di masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian dilakukan karena peneliti menganggap perlu mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti pada kondisi pandemi sehingga perusahaan dapat menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang baik dalam menyambut era new baru.Objek penelitian adalah PT. CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel penelitian sebanyak 73 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode analisis berbentuk kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, pengujian simultan dan pengujian individual.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama antara semua variabel yang diteliti menggambarkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. dan hasil penelitian secara individualnya diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Truba Jaga Cita. The study's population was 195 employees and a sample of 131 people was determined using the slovin formula. The data used is primary data using the results of the disseminated questionnaire. This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of qardh financing, Ijarah financing, and Istishna financing on the profitability of Islamic People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in Indonesia.The scope of the research focus is qardh financing, ijarah financing and istishna financing on the profitability of the Sharia People Financing Bank (BPRS) in Indonesia, where data is obtained from company reports on the site of Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority. In this study qardh, ijarah and ishtishna financing are used as exogenous variables, while BPRS profitability is used as an endogenous variable. Data will be processed using multiple linear regression analysis using the e-views application.The results of the study show that: Simultaneously, the three financing variables of BPRS qardh, ijarah and istishna affect the profitability of the Bank of Sharia people financing in Indonesia. And partially from the results of data analysis in the period 2013 to 2017 states that the qardh financing variable has a significant and positive effect on sharia people's financing banks in Indonesia when measured using Return on Equity (ROE). These results indicate that every one percent increase affects the profitability of sharia people's financing banks. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh pembiayaan qardh, pembiayaan Ijarah, dan pembiayaan Istishna terhadap profitabilitas Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) di Indonesia. Ruang lingkup yang dijadikan sebagai fokus penelitian adalah pembiayaan qardh, pembiayaan ijarah dan pembiayaan istishna terhadap profitabilitas Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syarian (BPRS) di Indonesia, dimana data diperoleh dari laporan perusahaan pada situs Bank Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Dalam penelitian ini pembiayaan qardh, ijarah dan ishtishna ini dijadikan sebagai variabel eksogen, sementara profitabilitas BPRS dijadikan sebagai variabel endogen. Data akan diolah dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan aplikasi e-views.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Secara simultan, ketiga variabel pembiayaan BPRS qardh, ijarah dan istishna mempengaruhi profitabillitas Bank pembiayaan rakyat Syariah di Indonesia. Dan secara parsial dari hasil analisis data pada periode 2013 sampai 2017 menyatakan bahwa variabel pembiayaan qardh berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap bank pembiayaan rakyat syariah di Indonesia apabila diukur dengan menggunakan Return on Equity (ROE). Hasil tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu persen berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas bank pembiayaan rakyat syariah. This research was conducted to determine the effect of turnover intention and information technology on job satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang. The population of 116 employees and a sample of 90 respondents were calculated using slovin formula with 5% error rate, sampling techniques using proportionate stratified random sampling. The data used is primary data. Methods of collected data through questionnaires. Analysis techniques use multiple linear regressions, F-tests, t-tests and determination tests. The results of regression tests and F-tests showed there was an influence of turnover intention and information technology on job satisfaction during the covid-19 outbreak. The results of the t test showed there was an influence of turnover intention on job satisfaction, and there was an influence of information technology on job satisfaction. And the results of the determination test showed variable turnover intention and information technology was able to contribute to job satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh turnover intention dan teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada masa pandemi covid-19 di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang. Populasi berjumlah 116 orang karyawan dan sampel sebanyak 90 orang responden yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t dan uji determinasi. Hasil pengujian regresi dan uji F menunjukkan ada pengaruh turnover intention dan teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada masa pendemi covid-19. Hasil uji t menunjukkan ada pengaruh turnover intention terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan ada pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dan Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan variabel turnover intention dan teknologi informasi mampu berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan kerja.
The research was to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performances. The sample was 56 employees of the Nutrition Installation at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Type of research was associative.The primary and secondary data used to know the information about the company and respondence with shared the questionnaire about work motivation and discipline. The method of data analysis used qualitative method which was then quantified. The techinique of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that it is true that work discipline and motivation are very important aspects in influencing the performance of employees in Nutrition Installation at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang based on the F test and t test with conviction level of 90%.
