The success of higher education can be seen from the performance of education, research and community service, and university governance. The use of information technology is very influential in organizational performance. Budget management and expenditure are some of the important business processes in a university involving several work units so that integration system is needed. The purpose of this study is to plan an Enterprise Architecture budget and information system of expenditure management that is integrated with systems in other work units. An Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is a methodology for making enterprise architecture planningby focusing on data management architecture, application creation architecture, and technology architecture. Those will be used as well as the implementation of architecture to support the achievement of organizational goals, namely integration system. The results of this study are Blue Print of Architecture Enterprise budget and expenditure management information systems in Higher Education. This Blue Print of Enterprise Architecture information system includes several business processes, namely business processes, budget management, payroll, asset management, HR management, and attendance. This compiled architecture is still found gap. For example, there are still entities that must be added (add), retained (replaced), replaced (removed) and removed (remove), with details of 17 Added entities, 1 Retained entity, 14 Replaced entities, and 0 Removed entity. In conclusion, the total gap is 32 entities.
The XYZ cooperation is a business entity dealing with savings and loans, building rental, convection, rice procurement and shops that are very concerned about the welfare of its members. The appraisal process for loan approval decision in the XYZ cooperative was still lack of assessment. It was based on the value of the members’ report cards which covers collateral, wealth, and behavior so that the funds were not often on the target. Moreover, the cooperative members were often careless in repayment process. The method in this research was Exponential Comparison Method. This method determined the priority order of alternative decisions with criteria. Those criteria in this research were: Report cards, BI Checking, Application Purpose, source of income, monthly income, installment period, completeness of files, guarantees, status, and the amount requested. As a result of applying this system and adding some new criteria, cooperation considers loan approval assessments in determining the eligible members. The results of functional testing by black-box method showed that the system ran as expected and the functions of the application ran properly.
Thesis report entitled “Application of AHP and TOPSIS Method as Decision Support System in Determining Position Promotion for Teachers of Vocational High School in Surakarta” is based on research by the author carried out located in Jl. Dr. Wahidin 33 Surakarta on 28 September 2018 – 6 Agustus 2019. The purpose of this paper is to make Application of AHP and TOPSIS Method as Decision Support System in Determining Position Promotion for Teachers of Vocational High School in Surakarta to integrate the selection of recipients in order to avoid manipulation of the data in the provision of accurate decisions. Data collection was conducted by the author uses descriptive method that includes field studies and literature. Field studies were conducted are interviews with the Vocational High School related problems. While the literature study is useful to get a theoretical basis in the form of expert opinion on matters which is the object of research. It is also used to assist writers in the execution of a research report by the author. The result of the manufacturing Application of AHP and TOPSIS Method as Decision Support System in Determining Position Promotion for Teachers of Vocational High School Surakarta consists of input data including teachers data, criteria data, the data classifications, and data input analysis. The results of position promotions for teachers on Vocational High School Surakarta was given to best alternative with score of 88.12, while on using with AHP and TOPSIS method was given to best alternative with score of 0.7238.
Covid-19 pandemic has forced all sectors to be online. Likewise in higher education, college students must carry out their learning activities from home and use computer information technology. This high digital activity will make cyber-crime high. Measurement of cybersecurity awareness for students when studying from home can be a reference to educate students on the importance of cybersecurity. Its measurement used multiple criteria decision analysis or MCDA. Multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) is one of the elements risk managements contained in SNI ISO 31000. The measured dimensions were knowledge, attitude and behavior within areas of using passwords, email and internet, mobile devices, social media, incidents and consequences. The calculation of the weighting used the analytic hierachy process or AHP method. The results of the measurements showed a total value of 79.5% or entered at a moderate level. At this level, students already have good knowledge of cybersecurity readiness. However, students have not been maximal in applying it to their daily activities. The assessment of the knowledge dimension showed a value of 84%, attitude of 78.3% and behavior of 73.1%. It needs to be an increase in socialization in terms of cybersecurity. This result was 8.5% difference from previous research with different object and question components. It still showed the level of awareness at the level of "medium". Therefore, college students are better understanding the importance of cyber security and encourage themselves to become cybersecurity agents in the community.
RSUD Surakarta has utilized information system in the hospital business process. The overall information system is managed in Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS). Information system in a laboratory called with Laboratory Information System (LIS). The use of LIS is expected to improve performance in the laboratory. For that researchers want to measure the performance of laboratory information systems to find out how far the information system provides benefits to the performance of RSUD Surakarta using IT Balanced Scorecard method. With the aim of research to analyze the achievement of the laboratory information system at RSUD Surakarta based on IT Balanced Scorecard method and to recommend what things need to be done to optimize the performance of laboratory information system. Population and sample of research is 15 laboratory staff. The result of measurement using IT Balanced Scorecard method of laboratory information system performance at RSUD Kota Surakarta is in the very good category with the average achievement of the fourth perspective is 92,92%. Four perspectives are business contribution perspective 83,34%, user orientation perspective 92,05%, operational excellence perspective 98,15%, and future orientation perspective 98,15%.Keywords: Information System, IT Balanced Scorecard, System Performance Analysis
