The XYZ cooperation is a business entity dealing with savings and loans, building rental, convection, rice procurement and shops that are very concerned about the welfare of its members. The appraisal process for loan approval decision in the XYZ cooperative was still lack of assessment. It was based on the value of the members’ report cards which covers collateral, wealth, and behavior so that the funds were not often on the target. Moreover, the cooperative members were often careless in repayment process. The method in this research was Exponential Comparison Method. This method determined the priority order of alternative decisions with criteria. Those criteria in this research were: Report cards, BI Checking, Application Purpose, source of income, monthly income, installment period, completeness of files, guarantees, status, and the amount requested. As a result of applying this system and adding some new criteria, cooperation considers loan approval assessments in determining the eligible members. The results of functional testing by black-box method showed that the system ran as expected and the functions of the application ran properly.
Perkembangan pada anak usia prasekolah dapat dilihat dari perkembangan motorik halus. Salah satu faktor yang dapat memengaruhi perkembangan pada anak adalah faktor pendidikan orang tua terutama ibu. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pendidikan ibu dengan perkembangan motorik halus anak usia prasekolah. Metode penelitian ini kuantitatif non eksperimental, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di TK Margomulyo Sleman Yogyakarta dan penentuan responden menggunakan teknik total sampling sebanyak 41 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan DDST II. Analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman’s dengan tingkat kemaknaan p< 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar pendidikan terakhir yang di tempuh ibu adalah sekolah menengah atas yaitu 23 orang (56,1%). Sebagian besar anak usia prasekolah di TK Margomulyo Sleman menunjukkan perkembangan motorik halus normal yaitu 33 orang (80,5%) dan anak yang menunjukkan perkembangan motorik halus suspect sebanyak 8 orang (19,5%). Hasil dari uji korelasi Spearman’s didapatkan p-value 0,023 (?= 0,05). Koefisiensi korelasi sebesar 0,354. Ada hubungan antara pendidikan ibu dengan perkembangan motorik halus anak usia prasekolah.
Background: The basic health services to the community is one of the development efforts of community approach which is undertaken by the health centers, namely PHN (Public Health Nursing). PHN aims to increase community self-reliance to achieve an optimal degree. Nurses in Health Center requires competence to provides health services in PHN
Objective: The study aims to know the knowledge of nurses in health centers that have PHN programme in Sleman.
Methods: The research is quantitative descriptive study. The study population was nurses in the health center of Gamping I, Ngaglik I, and Ngemplak I Sleman, as many as 16 nurses. The study uses total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis techniques.
Results: The results showed a majority of female respondents characteristics as much as 81.2%, the Education level of majority of respondents were Diploma of Nursing as much as 93.8%, The level of knowledge of nurses about the aspects of the basic concept of PHN in sufficient category with a percentage of 56.2%, The level of knowledge of nurses about aspects of PHN in sufficient category has percentage of 87.6%, the level of knowledge of nurses about the aspect of minimal competence and the role of nurses in health centers is mostly in sufficient category with a percentage of 50.0%, The level of knowledge of nurses about aspects of the reporting of PHN more with enough category with a percentage of 81.3%, the level of knowledge of nurses about PHN are equal for good category and sufficient category with a percentage of 50.0%.
Conclusion: The level of nurse knowledge about PHN is the same between good and sufficient categories
