The success of higher education can be seen from the performance of education, research and community service, and university governance. The use of information technology is very influential in organizational performance. Budget management and expenditure are some of the important business processes in a university involving several work units so that integration system is needed. The purpose of this study is to plan an Enterprise Architecture budget and information system of expenditure management that is integrated with systems in other work units. An Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is a methodology for making enterprise architecture planningby focusing on data management architecture, application creation architecture, and technology architecture. Those will be used as well as the implementation of architecture to support the achievement of organizational goals, namely integration system. The results of this study are Blue Print of Architecture Enterprise budget and expenditure management information systems in Higher Education. This Blue Print of Enterprise Architecture information system includes several business processes, namely business processes, budget management, payroll, asset management, HR management, and attendance. This compiled architecture is still found gap. For example, there are still entities that must be added (add), retained (replaced), replaced (removed) and removed (remove), with details of 17 Added entities, 1 Retained entity, 14 Replaced entities, and 0 Removed entity. In conclusion, the total gap is 32 entities.
The basic goal in quality human development is to overcome problems in society are poverty, unemployment, illiteracy, food security and democracy enforcement. But in its achievements there are several aspects of development that failed. To measure the success of a region's performance in the field of human development can be done by calculating the Human Development Index. The Human Development Index is an index that includes three indicators, which are health indicators, education level, and economic indicators. The Province of Central Java is divided into 29 districts and 6 cities, so it has a varied picture of development. Provinsi Jawa Tengah belum memiliki media informasi peramalan yang berbasis peta untuk indeks pembangunan manusia. Dari permasalahan tersebut diperlukan metode untuk meramalkan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia yang berbasis sistem informasi geografis.Data indikator penyusun Indeks Pembangunan Manusia yang mengalami kenaikan pada periode-periode tertentu, dari pola data indikator penyusun Indeks Pembangunan Manusia merupakan pola data yang memiliki unsur trend. Maka pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode double exponential smoothing.The application forecasting the Human Development Index indicator is created using the PHP programming language and the MySQL Server database. Application of Human Development Index forecasting produces forecasting calculations with the value α = 0.9 produces forecasting the following year: 69.3612 with the smallest MSE error: 0.1578 and MAPE value: 0.4894. This study produces accurate forecasting because of low error values.
<p><strong>A</strong><strong>bstract</strong><strong>.</strong> Employees are one of the company's assets that must be managed properly. Therefore the selection of the best employees is now needed. The problem faced in determining the best and qualified employees is that there are still no standards in assessing only one person subjectively in determining the best employee, which consequently lacks appropriate or objective results. To provide rewards for the best employees, we need a system to support the decisions of the best employees who deserve to receive rewards to be on target. The purpose of this research is to design and build a decision support system application in determining the best employees using the analytic hierarchy process and weighted product methods. Stages of software development of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) uses a waterfall, that is data analysis, system design, construction, coding, testing and implementation. The results of this process are in the form of calculation applications that have been obtained from the analytic hierarchy process and weighted product methods in determining the best employee. Senayan Library Management Systems (SLiMS) is a licensed open source library management system software under the GPL v3. Evaluation of the system process needs to be done especially on the data storage and data processing since both are important in managing data in the library of STIE AUB of Surakarta. The purpose of this study is to determine the maturity level of Senayan Library Management Systems (SLiMS) and provide system recommendation using the domain of Delivery and Support 1 (DS1) and Delivery Support 11 (DS11) with COBIT Framework 4.1. The methods used were observation, interview, literature study and questionnaire. The questionnaires were given directly to the respondents related to the system users, and the performance of the system was carried out by using maturity levels to produce recommendations at the library of STIE AUB Surakarta.
The title of this research report is The Evaluation of Academic Information System (SIAKAD) STIKES Aisyiyah Surakarta using Framework COBIT 4.1. The purpose of this research is to know the level of maturity of the academic Information System (SIAKAD) and formulate recommendations from these results so that it can be useful to assist in the development of academic systems according to standards set by Framework COBIT 4.1 The methods used are data collection (observation, interviews, library study, business document study and questionnaire) and data analysis (calculation of data obtained and analyzed to the final recommendation phase). The result of the evaluation is that the academic information system is well managed. The level of maturity in sub-domains DS1 (Service level management framework), DS5 (System security) and DS10 (Managing problems) is at level 4, which means (managed and measurable), meaning that the agency has been concerned and aware of the importance of Service, system security and management of problems, already has only a few procedures that are still less optimal in its application such as the service of academic information system that has not been connected to the bank payment system.Keywords: Information System, Deliver and Support, COBIT 4.1, Maturity Level
