<p><em>Abstrak -<strong> </strong></em><strong>U</strong><strong>ntuk dapat mencapai hubungan yang sinergis, perusahaan harus dapat memperhatikan pola kinerja karyawannya.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>K</strong><strong>aryawan yang bermutu dan dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi adalah karyawan yang dibutuhkan oleh suatu organisasi. Peran yang sangat vital dalam mewujudkan prestasi kinerja seorang karyawan adalah dirinya sendiri. Bagaimana dia memiliki semangat dan etos kerja yang tinggi untuk dapat memberikan pengaruh positif pada lingkungannya. Karyawan yang memiliki pemikiran yang luhur mengenai pekerjaannya dapat bekerja dengan tulus. Suatu pandangan dan sikap terhadap kerja dikenal dengan istilah etos kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan uji teoritik mengenai pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. AE. Untuk menguji pengaruh variabel etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menyebar 132 kuesioner pada karyawan PT. AE. Setelah dianalisis didapat hasil R square 0.724 dengan signifikansi</strong><strong> </strong><strong>(p<0.05), yang berarti etos kerja memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan</strong><strong> </strong><strong>terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 72.4%.</strong><strong></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Kata Kunci</em></strong><em>: Etika Kerja, Performa Kerja </em></p><p> </p><p><em>Abstract - </em><strong>T</strong><strong>o be able to achieve a synergistic relationship, the company should be able to notice employee performance. How does he have the spirit and high work ethic to be a positive influence on the environment. Employees who have lofty thoughts about the job can work sincerely. An outlook and attitude towards work is known as the work ethic. This study aims to perform a theoretical test on the effect of the work ethic on the performance of employees of PT. AE. To test the effect of variables on the</strong> <strong>performance of the employee's work ethic multiple linear regression analysis was used, by spread 132 questionnaires to employees of PT. AE. Having analyzed the results obtained R square 0.724 with 0.000 significance (p <0.05), which means the work ethic significant influence on employee performance amounted to 72.4%. <p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p><em>Air sungai citarum masuk dalam kategori tercemar berat dan menjadi ancaman kesehatan masyarakat karena dapat mengakibatkan berbagai macam penyakit. Hal ini seiring dengan masih ditemukannya warga yang menggunakan air sungai untuk kehidupan sehari-hari, misalnya untuk Mandi, Cuci, Kakus. Kesadaran masyarakat dalam mempraktikan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) masih rendah. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat masih menggunakan air kotor untuk kegiatan sehari-haridisebabkan oleh belum tersedianya sarana dan prasarana pengolahan air kotor menjadi air bersih. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Yayasan Yatim Al-Muhayya dengan sasaran masyarakat sekitar yayasan untuk dapat berkontribusi dalam Pelatihan, Pendampingan, dan Peningkatan pengetahuan tentang praktik PHBS rumah tangga. Permasalahan yang terdapat di daerah mitra dapat diselesaikan dengan melibatkan peran serta masyarakat dalam mengatasinya. Peningkatan pengetahuan ditandai dengan hasil pre dan post test terkait PHBS pada masyarakat sasaran. Selain itu, peningkatan penggunaan air bersih, pelatihan pembuatan filter air yang sederhana dan aplikatif sehingga membantu masyarakat dalam mengakses air bersih. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan pada ibu setelah diberikannya informasi secara menyeluruh terkait PHBS. Adapun penggunaan filter air diharapkan mampu membantu memasok air yang bersih untuk kebutuhan keluarga.</em></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>:<em> Air bersih, Citarum, Filter, PHBS</em></p><p><br /><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>Citarum river water is categorized as heavily polluted and a threat to public health because it can cause various diseases. This is in line with the discovery of residents who use river water for daily life, for example for bathing, washing, toilet. Public awareness in practicing clean and healthy life behavior is still low. Observation results indicate that the community still uses dirty water for daily activities due to the unavailability of facilities and infrastructure for processing dirty water into clean water. This activity was carried out at the Yayasan Yatim Al-Muhayya with the target community around the foundation to be able to contribute to the Training, Assistance, and Increased knowledge about clean and healthy life behavior in the household. Problems in partner areas can be resolved by involving community participation in overcoming them. Knowledge enhancement is marked by the results of pre and post-tests related to clean and healthy life behavior in the target community. Also Besides, increasing the use of clean water, training in making water filters that are simple and applicable also helps the community in accessing clean water. The results of this activity showed an increase in knowledge to mothers after giving comprehensive information related to clean and healthy life behavior. <p><em>Abstrak</em> – <strong>Ketentuan tentang </strong><strong>Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) </strong><strong>sudah diatur dalam pasal </strong><strong>28 Undang-Undang</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Republik Indonesia Nomor 20 tahun 2003</strong><strong> tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. </strong><strong>Pada dasarnya banyak cara yang telah dilakukan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan untuk memperluas akses layanan PAUD bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat, antara lain (1) bantuan pendirian/rintisan satuan PAUD baru, (2) bantuan pembangunan/penyediaan fasilitas PAUD, dan (</strong><strong>3</strong><strong>) penambahan satuan layanan PAUD yang sudah berjalan s</strong><strong>e</strong><strong>perti TK/KB/TPA/SPS. Namun tentunya pemerintah tidak bisa bergerak sendiri, karena itu banyak lembaga atau yayasan lain yang ikut serta dalam upaya ini, salah satunya Yayasan</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Asih Foundation (YAF). Lembaga ini sudah berhasil memberdayakan masyarakat dalam hal pendirian dan pembinaan lembaga PAUD di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk di Jabotabek. Riset ini akan mendeskripsikan tentang strategi pemberdayaan yang diterapkan oleh Yayasan Asih Foundation. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan subjek 3 sekolah di Jabotabek. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan observasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan msyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Yayasan Asih Foundation berada di level messo. Basically, many ways have been done by the Ministry of Education and Culture to expand access to early childhood education services for all levels of society, among others (1) support the establishment/ stub new Early Childhood Education unit, (2) help construction/provision of EDC facilities, (3) and the addition of early childhood services units such as TK / KB / TPA / SPS. But of course the government cannot move alone, therefore many institutions or other foundations that participate in this effort, one of the Asih Foundation. This institution has succeeded in empowering the community in terms of establishment and development of Early Childhood Education institutions across Indonesia, including in Jabotabek. This research is will described about strategy empowerment apllied by Asih Fondation. The research method used is qualitative, with the subject of 3 schools in Jabotabek.. Data collection techniques are interviews and observations. The results show that community empowerment conducted by Yayasan Asih Foundation is at the messo level. Early Childhood Education institutions can feel the changes and benefits of coaching provided by Asih Fondation even though the main coaching takes only 2 years. <p><em>Abstrak</em><em> –</em> <strong>Dunia industri dan organisasi sangat membutuhkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang memiliki aspek psikologis individual yang tangguh. Karenanya dibutuhkan pelatihan tertentu dalam mengenalkan dan merubah cara pandang para pencari kerja, agar lebih siap menerima tentangan pekerjaan baru, dan mampu mengemban tugas dalam dunia kerja. Adapun </strong><strong>Dalam penelitian ini yang akan menjadi permasalahan adalah, apakah variabel self-efficacy dan <em>goal orientation</em> dapat mempengaruhi secara langsung terhadap career development pada para pencari kerja.
