Resumo Neste artigo, buscamos reconstruir as esferas públicas como uma categoria empírico-descritiva e normativa das pesquisas em gestão social. Nesse processo, revelamos que o conceito de esfera pública passou por críticas e reformulações nas obras de Habermas (1962; 1981; 1992) e que as concepções mais atuais abrangem uma pluralidade de públicos, interesses e opiniões, bem como dimensões conflitivas e potenciais opressivos. No que tange à escolha metodológica, este artigo é um ensaio teórico. Para a construção deste ensaio, foi realizada uma ampla pesquisa bibliográfica focada principalmente na literatura sobre “gestão social” e “esfera pública”. Identificamos várias lacunas e limitações nos entendimentos sobre esfera pública pelos estudos do campo da gestão social e, considerando as limitações como processos de aprendizagem, buscamos avançar a partir de novos elementos. Argumentamos que, se considerarmos as esferas públicas como locus de pesquisas da gestão social (normativo e empírico-descritivo), é importante destacar que: (1) as esferas públicas são locus de consensos e conflitos; (2) podem tanto se constituírem concretamente de elementos democráticos e emancipatórios quanto opressivos; (3) são formadas por uma diversidade de públicos (e contrapúblicos) com diferentes “capacidades” de acesso e argumentação; (4) no Brasil, houve a formação de esferas públicas subalternas; (5) as características das formações de esferas públicas não podem ser importadas e (6) a efetividade das esferas públicas é influenciada por estruturas sistêmicas. Finalmente, mostramos que a reconstrução defende o potencial descritivo, normativo e crítico das esferas públicas, especialmente, se a pluralizamos e exploramos seu desenvolvimento a partir de Habermas, seus comentadores e críticos.
Resumo Objetivamos analisar quais e como as representações dos discursos sobre corrupção no Brasil, publicizados no Twitter, são mobilizadas em disputas discursivas. Para tanto, utilizamos a análise crítica do discurso, com destaque para o significado representacional deste, e o conceito de disputas discursivas operacionalizadas em três instâncias. Metodologicamente, delimitamos dois escândalos de corrupção de grande repercussão nacional e buscamos enunciados publicados no Twitter, durante os meses de agosto de 2014 e fevereiro de 2016. Assim, coletamos tweets das revistas Veja e CartaCapital, e de usuários/leitores que responderam a estes enunciados. Percebemos que o Twitter configura-se atualmente, no Brasil, como um espaço de disputas sobre os significados da corrupção marcados por dinâmicas de naturalizações, seletividade dos media, expurgo do outro, inclusão/exclusão, nomeação e estratégias de racionalização e avaliação moral. Observamos, também, que os discursos sobre a corrupção se intensificaram recentemente, sobretudo devido ao clima político-partidário nacional. Finalmente, os resultados apontam que a construção da corrupção é o resultado de processos de produção de sentidos inseridos em um contexto de campos sociais e políticos, com o papel marcante da mídia na construção de escândalos.
O termo Antropoceno foi proposto incialmente no ano de 2000 e vem sendo objeto de discussões teóricas, investigações empíricas e controvérsias. Considerando isso, o objetivo deste artigo é analisar como se configura o campo dos estudos sobre o Antropoceno. Foi realizada uma análise bibliométrica a partir de 1.352 artigos da base Web of Science. Os resultados indicaram que: as publicações e taxas de citações estão crescendo em tendência exponencial a partir de 2010; o debate hegemônico é realizado nos EUA e Inglaterra; as pesquisas atualmente possuem um caráter inter e multidisciplinar; o texto mais referenciado é Geology of mankind de Crutzen (2002); no campo predominam os textos das Ciências Naturais, porém, vem surgindo autores das ciências sociais, humanas e da filosofia; a narrativa naturalista ainda é a dominante do campo; e existem divergências dentro das disciplinas e entre as diferentes áreas do conhecimento – o Antropoceno é uma controvérsia científica contemporânea.
O objetivo deste artigo foi analisar como se configura o campo de pesquisas sobre esfera pública. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida como um estudo bibliométrico por meio da base de dados Web of Science. Em síntese, o estudo demonstra que o campo de publicações em esfera pública é interdisciplinar, amplo e que ainda está em crescimento, principalmente a partir da década de 1990. Constatou-se que além de ser autor do artigo mais citado, o filósofo Jürgen Habermas aparece como a principal referência bibliográfica do campo, mesmo com uma diversidade de críticas – como relevantes na base intelectual aparecem ainda Fraser (1992) e Calhoun (1992). Os resultados deste trabalho podem orientar e embasar novas discussões teóricas e pesquisas empíricas, dentre elas àquelas sobre os processos econômicos, sociais e políticos em cursos atualmente no Brasil – e contribuir com os campos de pesquisa da administração pública e gestão social.
A partir da década de 1990 os estudos sobre empreendedorismo aumentaram de forma significativa. Atualmente, o campo conta com muitas publicações científicas, periódicos, eventos especializados e está presente em cursos de graduação e pós-graduação. Ao longo do tempo surgiram diferentes abordagens, definições, conceitos, teorias e ramificações. Portanto, torna-se oportuno realizar uma revisão para analisar e compreender a evolução do campo em diferentes períodos. Diante disso, este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar a evolução do empreendedorismo enquanto campo de pesquisa por meio de temas que marcaram diferentes períodos. Foi realizada uma revisão bibliométrica de literatura com foco na análise de cluster. Foi possível observar que nas últimas décadas o campo ganhou amplitude, com a inserção de novos conceitos e temas de pesquisa. Além disso, a manutenção de alguns temas indica que estes continuam importantes e buscam densidade teórica/metodológica
