Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implikatur pada berita terjemahan pada situs berita BBCIndonesia.com dengan membandingkan dengan situs berita aslinya BBC.com. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis teks, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan berparadigma konstruktivis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implikatur memiliki peran yang sangat signifikan dalam proses penerjemahan. Pemahaman terhadap implikatur melalui prinsip kerja sama Grice menjadikan proses penerjemahan lebih memperhatikan keseimbangan makna antara bahasa sumber dan bahasa sasaran. Itu dikarenakan proses penerjemahan merupakan bentuk komunikasi antara penerjemah dengan pembacanya.
<p><em>The main objective of this research are mapping and exploring the oppression and resistance of the main character in Pohon Api by Oka Rusmini based on intersexionality perspective. The research approach is qualitative with analytical method. The result of the research is Kekayi, the main character in the short story Pohon Api by Oka Rusmini, is a character who is in "intersection". She faces a series of oppression, discrimination, harassment, and unpleasant events for her that come from all corners of the "intersection". Then, when bad treatment is manifested, it will form a particular pattern that becomes habitual and eventually becomes an ideology. Furthermore, Kekayi has the capital to become a strong woman. That power is something given by the Almighty. However, she is also a female learner who wants to always want to be equal with men. </em></p>
This research explores the political communication by New Zealand Prime Minister JacindaArdern in the face of terror attacks of two mosques in Christchurch on March 15, 2019. The emphasis of research is empathy politics in a narrow framework and broader framework, namely the humanitarian framework. The study used the method of analyzing the content of speeches and Ardern statements and case studies with qualitative approaches and critical constructivist paradigms. The results of the study are Prime Minister JacindaArdern using various models and ways to show political communication in handling terror attacks against two mosques in Christchurch. The politics of tears is played as a form of empathy politics. Protection from minorities was also shown by Ardern. Hug is a form of political action to embrace. Ardern often gives greetings typical of Muslims.
The objective of this research was to explore and develop the narration of a religious movie 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa in Indonesia to be applied in spiritual education at schools. This research applied qualitative method using content analysis and narratology approach. The result of the research was the development the movie narration which was focused on plot, performance or presentation, and focalization telling the interactions of the main characters with Westerners who are sentimental with Islam due to the issues of terrorism and the efforts to explain the position of Islam as a compassionate religion. The development of religious film narratives in Indonesia for spiritual education at schools should be based on everything related to spirituality.
- The purpose of this study is to explore how to explore communication and literary perspectives on the study of Jenggo short story by Putu Wijaya's stigma communication. The focus of the stigma communication studied is how the community's stigma about a transvestite is considered weak. Pansy stigma arises in communication that focuses on messages. This research method is content analysis with a qualitative approach with a critical constructivist paradigm. This study analyzes stigma communication with the theory put forward by Smith (2007) with the perspective of sociology and communication by Durkheim (1947) and Goffman (1963). The results of this study lead to stigma communication that occurs in Jenggo short story including signs, labeling groups, responsibilities, hazards, to the impact of messages and the process of sharing messages. This research also proves the meaning of messages in stigma communication. In an effort to ward off stigma, literature has a big role because it is able to provide other perspectives that encourage stigma communication that is more transparent and responsible for the harmony and lasting climate of peace in society. Fokus stigma yang dikaji adalah bagaimana stigma masyarakat tentang orang banci yang dinilai lemah. Stigma banci muncul dalam komunikasi yang berfokus pada pesan. Metode penelitian ini adalah analisis isi dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivis kritis. Penelitian ini menganalisis komunikasi stigma dengan teori yang dikemukakan Smith (2007) dengan perspektif sosiologi dan komunikasi Durkheim (1947) dan Goffman (1963). Hasil penelitian ini mengarah kalau komunikasi stigma yang terjadi pada cerpen Jenggo meliputi tanda, pelabelan kelompok, tanggung jawab, bahaya, hingga dampak pesan dan proses berbagi pesan. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan tentang arti pesan dalam komunikasi stigma. Dalam upaya menangkal stigma, sastra memiliki peran besar karena mampu memberikan perspektif lain yang mendorong komunikasi stigma lebih transparan dan bertanggung jawab demi keharmonisan dan kelanggengan iklim perdamaian di masyarakat. Membangun komunikasi yang positif di dalam komunitas diharapkan bisa memberikan dampak konstruksi komunikasi stigma yang mengarahkan ke masyarakat yang sehat dan plural.Kata kunci: Stigma, Komunikasi, Komunikasi Stigma, Jenggo, Putu Wijaya
