Purpose: The reasons for the paper are: first, recognize the components of the online transportation Services with shopper conduct (utilizing, reusing, item returns); second, comprehend the connection between Services acknowledgment and purchaser conduct; third, for Research and improvement of client support system that considers this social reaction to arrange execution results. Design/methodology/approach: This paper depends on a precise survey of customer conduct and Services execution (particularly in the field of online transportation), which distributed in the International Journal from 2005 to 2017. Findings: The article shows that present writing on purchaser conduct centers around the utilizing of instruments for advertising to improve client support. There are not many examinations on the utilization of purchaser Services instruments to direct buyer conduct or to deal with the execution of corporate Services. The outcome is a system that incorporates the components of transportation Services and the relationship to shopper conduct. Originality/value: This article is a thorough audit of shopper conduct, thinking about all parts of Services execution from the point of view of business technique.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh dari variabel bebas yang terdiri dari kualitas produk, kualitas layanan dan peranan customer relationship management dalam membentuk tingkat kepuasan peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Makassar. Sampel adalah individu yang telah menjadi peserta pertangguhan jaminan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini ditentukan sebanyak 79 peserta. Analisis Regresi Berganda digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh dari variabel independen penelitian (kualitas produk, kualitas layanan dan customer relationship management) terhadap variabel dependen penelitian (kepuasan peserta).
Research aims: The reason for this examination is to decide the temporary, semi-dominant, and dominant effects of the three independent factors, in particular the perception of benefits, risks, and ease on the dependent variable, specifically decision making in e-commerce.Design/Methodology/Approach: The methodology used was a purposeful examination method, in which the testing focuses on particular qualities or characteristics considered to be communicated to the population or have certain qualities according to the issues raised. The total sample was 60 participants from the announcement through Joseph F. Hair’s theory, whereby the number of tests used in non-like evaluations varied from 15 to many times that of the exogenous factors.Research findings: The study findings have consequences in two principal aspects, both management consequences for online products/service suppliers, which provide an empirical picture of the need to constantly balance the ease and benefit factors of online market and package unit requirements of the same urgency.Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research was carried out to explore and examine customer decision-making in using the internet about their perception of benefits, risks, and ease of using it.Research limitation: This research has advantages for the online marketplace to know how customers perceive their product or services.
Purpose: Financial technology (financial technology – fintech) is a breakthrough that connects directly between the financial sector and the general public. However, the understanding of fintech concepts and practices in rural areas is still under-explored. To solve this, this educational and service community activity aims to uncover the views and mindsets of rural communities on the urgency of using fintech applications in everyday life. Method: The selected target participants were the people of Kapita village, Jeneponto Regency, South Sulawesi, totaling 55 people. The method of implementation is carried out by describing the content and practices of Fintech with the lecture teaching. Next, simulate the use of one of the fintech applications directly via a smartphone. Finally, the evaluation is carried out with a questionnaire to measure the level of understanding and interest in people's behavior towards Fintech. Result: The results showed that the participants fintech understanding had not yet reached the specified target, but their interest and desire for the use of fintech in the future was very high. This could be a golden opportunity for the stakeholder to develop and maximize the early intention of the rural financial behavior. Conclusion: Based on the results, it can be concluded that this program was conducted succesfully and already fulfilled the planned goal. In the future, we also hope that this Fintech educational project could be an essential resource to stimulate the intention and attitude of the Kapita village community towards the development of financial technology use in Indonesia.
