A ideia de navegação partiu de um estudo no Harlem Hospital Center, nos Estados Unidos da América, pelo Dr. Harold Freeman. Os enfermeiros navegadores são treinados para antecipar e entender o impacto que o diagnóstico de câncer tem para os pacientes e seus familiares, direcionar suas necessidades e reduzir barreiras de acesso a assistência oncológica. Objetivo: Conhecer através das produções científicas sobre o enfermeiro atuando na oncologia com a função de navegador de pacientes, Nurse Navigator. Método: Revisão bibliográfica da literatura com buscas nas bases de dados da Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Medical Literature, Analysis and Retrievel System Online (MEDLINE). Resultados: O papel do enfermeiro navegador está centrado em minimizar as barreiras de acesso ao sistema de saúde, que impeçam o paciente de ter o cuidado que ele necessita. São habilitados para antecipar e entender o impacto que o diagnóstico de câncer tem para os pacientes e seus familiares. Conclusão: Este estudo revelou alguns aspectos relevantes sobre a atuação do enfermeiro navegador no acolhimento ao paciente oncológico. Esses profissionais melhoraram consideravelmente a visão do paciente acerca do seu tratamento. Os pacientes sente-se mais protegidos, mais envolvidos e empoderados com o seu tratamento, consequentemente mais bem preparados para o futuro, por adquirir conhecimento sobre a forma como o câncer afeta suas vidas.
Segundo a ANVISA as mãos são a principal fonte de transmissão e disseminação de microrganismos, tanto para pacientes quanto para profissionais de enfermagem atuantes. Uma das precauções mais utilizadas como prevenção da Covid-19 foi justamente a higienização das mãos. Objetivo: Realizar uma revisão da literatura sobre a higienização das mãos como meta de prevenção da infecção pelo covid-19. Método: Revisão bibliográfica, com buscas nas bases de dados Medical Literature, Analysis and Retrievel System Online (MEDLINE) e Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), dispostos na biblioteca virtual de saúde (BVS). Utilizou-se os descritores indexados: Covid-19; higiene das mãos e equipe de enfermagem, disponíveis nos descritores em ciências da saúde (DeCS) no idioma português e inglês, com o operador booleano “AND”, resgatando-se estudos entre os anos de 2016 e 2021. Os anos anteriores a Pandemia COVID-19 foram agregados pois a higiene das mãos já era medida definida como prevenção de disseminação de contaminação. Resultados: Os artigos encontrados são unanimes, apontando a higienização das mãos como controle da Covid-19, quando aderido a equipe esse comportamento dos profissionais demonstrou-se positivo, no controle e prevenção da infecção hospitalar. Conclusão: Identificou-se que uma adequada higienização das mãos é eficaz no combate da transmissão cruzada pelo Covid-19.
Objetivo: Analisar a associação entre infecção materna durante a gestação e a ocorrência de Transtorno de Déficit de Atenção e Hiperatividade (TDAH). Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática realizada por meio do método PRISMA, nas bases de dados eletrônicas PubMed, Scopus e Web of Science, por meio dos seguintes descritores: “infection”, “infectious”, “bacterial”, “vírus”, “Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder”, “ADHD”, “Attention-Deficit Disorder”, “Hyperkinetic Syndrome”, “gestation” e “maternal infection”. Foram incluídos artigos completos, disponíveis em inglês, publicados entre janeiro de 2016 a dezembro de 2021 e estudos com resultados baseados em dados estatísticos com associações entre as variáveis de interesse fornecidas. Resultados: Seis artigos compuseram a amostra final deste estudo, com maior frequência de publicação em 2019 (n: 03) e maior produção do Reino Unido (n: 02). Todas as pesquisas utilizaram a metodologia do estudo de coorte, caracterizando as pesquisas como apresentando nível de evidência moderado (III). Apesar de ser observada acentuada heterogeneidade entre os estudos, verificou-se, em todas as pesquisas, que a infecção materna durante a gravidez estava associada a um risco aumentado de TDAH na prole, mesmo na existência de alguns fatores genéticos e sociais de confusão. Conclusão: Verificou-se que a infecção materna na gestação pode estar associada estatisticamente a ocorrência de TDAH na prole, porém mais estudos observacionais robustos precisam ser realizados a fim de verificar se fatores de confusão (genéticos e sociais) podem estar envolvido nos resultados.
Dentro do hospital, a higiene é fundamental, sendo assim equipamentos de segurança são essenciais para a proteção do profissional, porém se utilizados de forma incorreta, podem acarretar brechas para contaminação. Objetivo: Descrever a importância da paramentação e da desparamentação como uma ferramenta fundamental para a proteção do profissional de saúde Método: revisão da literatura, as buscas serão realizadas nas bases de dados Latin American And Caribbean Literature Databases In Health Sciences (LILACS), Medical Literature, Analysis and Retrievel System Online (MEDLINE), dispostos na Biblioteca Virtual de saúde, utilizou-se os descritores indexados COVID- 19; Equipamento de Proteção Individual; Contenção de riscos Biológicos. Resultados: Nos artigos pesquisados as ações de educação em saúde, proporciona uma visão da importância das sequencias de paramentação e desparamentação dos equipamentos de proteção individual, já que é uma barreira de proteção para a saúde do profissional contra riscos biológicos, também o relatam que o uso de EPI é indispensável aos trabalhadores de saúde durante a pandemia de Covid-19, sendo portanto imprescindível coordenar seu fornecimento, para evitar a desperdício e consequentemente a falta. Conclusão: Ao profissional que trabalha diariamente prestando assistência a pacientes acometidos pela Covid-19, necessitam de proteção individual, tão quanto importante a paramentação está a desparamentação. Os estudos mostram que a maioria dos contágios ocorrem no momento de desparamentação, quando o profissional está cansado e muitas vezes esgotado, sendo primordial que ocorram ações da educação permanente a fim de ensinar e sensibilizar esses profissionais.
