Resumo: A disciplina de anatomia humana encontra-se presente em todos os cursos da área da Saúde, Ciências Biológicas e Dança, e segundo a Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais devem preparar os alunos para uma compreensão dos conhecimentos elencado, desenvolvendo habilidades e atitudes conseguindo relacionar os conhecimentos teóricos com a pertinentes a sua área de atuação. Os alunos precisam saber identificar os órgãos e estruturas anatômicas tanto pelas imagens contidas em livros didáticos-2D, nas peças ou modelos anatômicos encontrados nos laboratórios de anatomia, conseguindo relacionar estas com sua localização no corpo, sua função e qual consequência de seu comprometimento. Apresentamos como objetivo uma sequência didática com o uso de metodologia ativa de rotação por estações, onde em cada estação os alunos estudam o mesmo conteúdo, mas de forma diferente, explorando as várias representações de um mesmo objeto de ensino, a partir de uma visão semiótica. Descrevemos a preparação do ambiente, o tempo, a atuação dos alunos e do professor, assim como apresentamos exemplos de atividades que podem ser realizadas em uma rotação por estações. Esta sequência didática pode ser aplicada tanto como atividade de ensino como para avaliação. O uso de metodologias ativas proporciona aulas mais dinâmicas, passando as aulas de anatômica de apenas reproduzir e memorizar conceitos, para uma maior interação entre os alunos, desenvolvendo a capacidade de argumentação e diálogo.
