Este artigo apresenta o levantamento e análise dos dados da presença feminina discente no curso de Bacharelado em Sistemas de Informação do IFCCamboriú desde a criação do curso. Apresenta-se comparativos com dados dos discentes do sexo masculino visando evidenciar as diferenças encontradas.
Este artigo apresenta o projeto de ensino da Feira E-Lixo que propõe a realização de uma feira científica multidisciplinar com alunos do ensino médio técnico onde os trabalhos apresentados devem envolver componentes de lixo eletrônico, e-lixo. Os trabalhos apresentados na feira devem privilegiar o ensino-aprendizado de conteúdos de disciplinas do ensino médio ou de tecnologia. A Feira E-Lixo tem por finalidade estimular nos estudantes a conscientização para o descarte adequado e re-uso de componentes eletrônicos ao mesmo tempo que incentiva a criatividade, espírito inovador e integração de conhecimentos adquiridos em diferentes disciplinas.
O presente artigo apresenta o relato de experiência da realização do HackDay@IFC-Cam, evento que se realiza em um único dia e onde os participantes aprendem a idear, projetar, desenvolver e apresentar um aplicativo para disposivito móvel, com sistema operacional Android, utilizando a ferramenta de programação AppInventor. Um dos resultados positivos deste evento foi a classificação do aplicativo desenvolvido por uma equipe do Técnico em Informática entre os 10 melhores na Maratona de Aplicativos FIAP/Google, edição 2015.
