Everyone should get an education, whether rich or poor people. Education is one of the efforts that must be prepared to welcome a better future. The better the education we get, the better the lifestyle we feel. Unfortunately, there are still many Indonesian children who do not get an education. Poverty, lack of parental responsibility and laziness are factors that cause a child to not get an education. Not getting an education decided them to go down and make a living on the street. These children are what we usually called as street children. In this regard, it is important to conduct coaching activities for these children through counseling, by explaining the importance of education for street children
This study aims to determine the implementation of the character of honesty through civic education learning at SMPN 17 Bengkulu City and the inhibiting factors in implementing the character of honesty through learning civics education. This research is a type of qualitative research. The research subjects are civic education teachers and students. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the character of honesty through civic education learning at SMP Negeri 17 Bengkulu City is realized in the learning process, namely by habituation. Factors that hinder the implementation of the character of honesty through civic education learning include time, student environment, different backgrounds, different student characters, and lack of a culture of shame. In conclusion, the honest character of students in this school shows good character. However, there are some honest characters, such as not lying and not cheating, which are still done by students, there are still students who cheat when doing exercises and homework (PR). In the application of honest characters such as not lying and being trustworthy, the teacher makes habituation, then sets an example so that students can be trusted, and assignments so that students do not cheat. The development of various methods for learning the Qur'an illustrates the importance of Qur'anic education and the public's awareness of the need for it. In reality, however, many people are still unable to read the Qur'an properly. One option is to use engaging learning media such as Macromedia Flash Player animated videos. The PKM-S program's goal is to eliminate illiteracy in the Qur'an while also increasing insight, knowledge, and understanding of the significance of reading it. Training and mentoring are used to carry out service activities. This training activity is expected to increase partners' empowerment by raising morale about God's love and truth, as well as increasing knowledge of how to read the Qur'an in a way that is good and correct according to the rules.

This study aims to find out the planning and implementation of Individualized Education Program for ABK (visually impaired children) in PPKn learning in SLB N 1 Bengkulu city and how the final results obtained after individualized Educarion. This research is a type of qualitative deriftive research. Data collection tools using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, data analysis techniques used, namely data reduction, data display, verification. The results of this study showed that ppkn learning planning in SLB Negeri 1 Bengkulu city can be carried out well if there is careful planning at every stage. The implementation of PPKn learning in SLB Negeri 1 Bengkulu is the implementation of RPP that has been prepared before. In the process of implementation, students with special needs get the same treatment as students in normal schools generally. In conclusion, the final result of Individualized Educational Program (IEP) for ABK (visually impaired) in PPKn learning, depending on the ability of each child, so that each child has a different end result.
