Objetivo: conhecer as tecnologias educacionais e de comunicação utilizadas no ensino da enfermagem durante a pandemia da COVID-19, bem como refletir como cada tecnologia contribuiu no processo de ensino-aprendizagem nesse cenário. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura. A busca eletrônica foi realizada no mês de fevereiro de 2021 nas bases de dados Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, MEDLINE/PubMed, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature e Web of Science com as palavras chaves selecionadas nos Descritores em Ciência da Saúde e Medical Subject Headings Resultados: Foram encontrados 80 estudos, após aplicação dos critérios de elegibilidade, restaram 8 artigos para elaboração da síntese. Neste estudo, identificamos o uso de diferentes tecnologias para o ensino da enfermagem, destacando-se a simulação clínica em ambiente virtual, plataformas digitais de ensino e plataformas de comunicação online. Conclusão: O uso destas tecnologias demonstra eficiência ao substituir os modelos tradicionais de aprendizagem durante a crise sanitária causada pelo novo coronavírus, entretanto evidenciaram-se dificuldades na incorporação destas ferramentas por alunos e professores, principalmente relacionadas a problemas de infraestrutura e capacitação tecnológica dos educadores.
Objetivo: descrever o uso da hipodermóclise em tratamentos pediátricos não convencionais.Método: revisão integrativa, com período amostral de 2010 a 2018, em cinco bases de dados.Dois revisores independentes procederam à seleção dos artigos. Após foi realizada avaliação pelonível de evidência, segundo Instituto Joanna Briggs.Resultados: foram selecionados seis artigos internacionais, com evidência de nível 1 e 3. As doençase situações não-convencionais para o tratamento via hipodermóclise foram: artrite idiopáticajuvenil poliarticular; prevenção de hiponatremia na restrição de fluidos; sedação em tratamentoodontológico; desordens reumáticas; antibioticoterapia e hipertensão arterial pulmonar refratária.Conclusão: o procedimento constitui-se como opcional efetivo e seguro para administração demedicamentos em crianças, justificada devido à minimização da intensidade da dor e proteçãodo estresse da criança, família e equipe de enfermagem. Contudo, são necessárias mais pesquisaspara fundamentá-lo cientificamente, e para implementação na prática profissional.
O objetivo do estudo foi identificar as principais orientações de alta pela enfermagem nos serviços de urgência e emergência do trauma. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada nas bases de dados: Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Biblioteca de Medicina Americana (PubMed), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Scopus e Google Acadêmico, publicados durante o período de 2015 a 2020. A partir dos resultados encontrados, emergiram seis categorias de orientações: cuidados com a pele; uso de medidas não farmacológicas para alívio da dor; orientações com enfoque na integralidade e multidisciplinaridade do cuidado; participação da família e do paciente no processo de alta; acompanhamento no pós alta. Os pacientes que frequentam os serviços de urgência e emergência, sobretudo do trauma, necessitam de uma vasta gama de cuidados e de profissionais para garantir sua melhor recuperação no pós alta. O enfermeiro, como parte da equipe multiprofissional, se mostra protagonista no planejamento e execução de orientações de alta.
O Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho para a Saúde (PET-Saúde) se instaurou desde 2008 enquanto política nacional indutora de transformações na formação em saúde. Em sua proposta organizacional, o PET-Saúde prevê o pacto colaborativo e interprofissional entre instituições de ensino e da saúde para a construção de ações integradas, desenvolvidas por grupos tutoriais. Desta maneira, estudantes, docentes e profissionais dos serviços de saúde se unem em projetos e ações colaborativas realizadas em campo, de maneira a transformar processos de trabalho e qualificar tanto o ensino como a prática em saúde. O presente artigo descreve o relato das experiências do PET-Saúde, desenvolvido pela Universidade Federal do Paraná em parceria com os municípios de Curitiba e Piraquara, tendo como base a descrição das ações, situações e reflexões vivenciadas pelo grupo tutorial “Educação popular, mobilização e controle social na Saúde”, no período pandêmico de março de 2020 a março de 2021. O artigo relata inicialmente a estruturação do PET-Saúde UFPR, apresentando ações desenvolvidas pelo coletivo voltadas a minimizar o impacto da COVID-19 em pessoas em situação de rua. Destaca-se, ainda, a elaboração de materiais de educação popular sobre a COVID-19 e ações de mobilização popular para garantir condições básicas de subsistência e cuidado contra a doença. Para além, ao relato se integram as ações desenvolvidas para o fortalecimento do controle social e da defesa dos direitos humanos. Ressalta-se a importância de políticas públicas que promovam o estabelecimento de projetos interinstitucionais, impactando de maneira positiva a formação e a especialização das práticas em saúde.
