O objetivo deste estudo foi relatar a experiência do uso de jogos educativos por acadêmicos de Enfermagem comoestratégia de ensino-aprendizagem. Trata-se de um relato de experiência. Esta atividade contou com a participaçãode 40 alunos de graduação, no mês de agosto de 2014. A participação dos discentes se deu durante a monitoria, dadisciplina de Fundamentos de Enfermagem I, sendo o conhecimento compartilhado a partir de um Jogo da Memóriacomposto por 30 cartas que tratam dos tipos de úlceras, suas características e tratamentos. A estratégia de ensinoaprendizagem proporcionou melhor compreensão do conteúdo abordado. Concluí-se que o jogo harmonizou adinâmica de troca do conhecimento no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, permitindo que o momento da revisãose tornasse agradável e descontraído resultando em maior apropriação do conhecimento.Palavras-chave: Materiais de Ensino; Enfermagem; Curativos; Úlcera; Ferimentos e Lesões.
ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to report the experience of using educational games for nursing students as a teachinglearning strategy. This is a descriptive study of the experience report type. This activity included the participationof 40 undergraduate students in August 2014 Participation of students occurred during monitoring class beingshared from a puzzle with 30 cards knowledge dealing with the types of ulcers, their characteristics and treatments.Evaluate the teaching-learning strategy provided better understanding of the content covered. It concludes thatthe game has harmonized the dynamic exchange of knowledge in the teaching-learning process, allowing thetime of the review would become pleasant and relaxed resulting in greater ownership of knowledge.Keywords: Materials Teaching, Nursing, Dressings; Ulcer; Wounds and Injuries.
Introduction: Brazilian elderly population, that is, population aged 60 or older according to the Elderly Estatute, has increased in recent decades, a phenomenon observed in Brazil and worldwide. This rapid growth represents a major political and social impact, reflecting consequent rise in cost of health services because this is the population that most need this service.
Objective:To understand the meaning of Nursing Consultation for elderly women assisted at a School Clinic in Mountain Region-RJBrazil. Method: It is descriptive and exploratory qualitative study, supported by theoretical and methodological framework of Alfred Schutz through sociological phenomenology. We performed 19 interviews with elderly women aged 60-80 years. The interviews were conducted after the gynecological nursing in an Ambulatory School. The data were analyzed through the participants' speech. The study was approved by the Ethics and Research Committee of the Arthur Sá Earp Neto Faculty on April 11, 2015 under Opinion number 1.019361. We used phenomenological interview.
Results:The responses provided the understanding of women's experiences during nursing consultation. This study gave rise to three categories that revealed the intentionality of this social group when searching for nursing consultation: "To be well assisted", "To have resolving power" and "To prevent health problems".
Conclusions:Nursing consultation promotes approximation between women and nursing professionals, establishing bonds, presenting efficient and effective results to treatment and prevention, besides providing mutual learning.
