Objective: To identify the repercussions on mental health of groups and populations in the context of the new coronavirus pandemic. Method: Narrative review carired out in three databases, in March 2020, using the descriptors mental health and coronavirus. A total of 19 publications were analyzed, organized in a synoptic chart, containing type of publication, authors, country, sample, objective, and main results. From this analysis, two thematic axes emerged: identification of problems and vulnerable groups in mental health; and mental health interventions and actions. Results: The first axis showed manifestations of suffering - anguish, insomnia, anger, stress, fear. The second revealed the need to build government policies and general guidelines; production of information and communication; and mental health care practices. Conclusions: The repercussions on mental health in the population intensified with the pandemic, identifying vulnerable groups, and the need to build coping strategies and policies aimed at mental health during epidemics.
RESUMO: Este artigo tem como tema o território e saúde mental e discute as contribuições da geografia para o campo psicossocial, pensando o território como o local de cuidado em saúde mental. Historiciza brevemente a ideologia psiquiátrica da produção do comum nos hospícios, apresentando a necessidade de se pensar alternativas de cuidado que reforcem as singularidades dos sujeitos e fora dos muros dos manicômios. Desenvolve o tema do território como local de potência para o cuidado e foco da desinstitucionalização, aproximando-se da geografia para analisar o espaço de atuação da vida humana. Encerra com a discussão conceitual do território embasada em autores do campo conceitual da Geografia, e suas interfaces com a prática no contexto da atenção psicossocial. Por fim, a proposta é apoiar-se na interdisciplinaridade para ampliar o debate da desinstitucionalização da loucura. Palavras-Chave: Saúde mental; desinstitucionalização; enfermagem; geografia.
RESUMO Objetivo Conhecer estratégias de cuidado ao usuário de crack no território a partir da realidade de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial para álcool e outras drogas (CAPS AD). Método Estudo qualitativo e descritivo. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevista, realizada com oito profissionais de um CAPS AD da região metropolitana de Porto Alegre, entre os meses de fevereiro e março de 2013. Para análise dos dados utilizou-se a análise temática. Resultados Foram apontadas, a partir dos dados analisados, estratégias de cuidado no território como: as equipes itinerantes, as visitas domiciliares, a clínica ampliada e a importância do território de trabalho ser o mesmo da residência do profissional. Conclusão O cuidado no território mostra-se como uma inovação para o campo da Saúde Mental, visto que permite uma atenção em saúde voltada para o contexto social, cultural e histórico dos usuários.
Objetivo: Discutir as vivências dos profissionais no cuidado em rede intersetorial voltado à criança e adolescente e suas articulações/trabalho no território.Métodos: Pesquisa qualitativa, exploratório-descritivo, desenvolvida com 26 trabalhadores da rede intersetorial, em um município do Rio Grande do Sul, entre os meses de maio a junho de 2014. Os instrumentos utilizados para a coleta de dados foram entrevistas semiestruturadas com os depoimentos gravados e, posteriormente, transcritos na íntegra.Resultados: O profissional possui uma vivência de rede intersetorial, entendendo que esta rede deve partir de premissas como a interdisciplinaridade e o trabalho em conjunto. Que a rede de cuidado deve transpor serviços de saúde, ampliando olhares para projetos sociais e de inclusão.Conclusão: O território pode ser incorporado como um espaço de cuidado, de relações sociais e de modos de vida, sendo espaço também de vínculos entre profissionais e usuários.
Objective: to recognize villages as territories of care and daily resistance to social marginalization. Methods: a descriptive study with a qualitative approach based on the methodological framework of ethnography inspired by Interpretative Anthropology. Two-year field research (from the second half of 2015 to the first half of 2017). Participant observation and semi-structured interviews with four privileged interlocutors and a field diary have been used. Data systematization was carried out throughout field work. Results: three categories emerged: Interlocutors talking about their life in villages; Villages as a care device; and Drugs in villages. Final considerations: the results reveal the challenge for health and nursing to recognize the need to understand the contexts of urban life of homeless persons. Nurses need to include cultural elements in their work processes, promoting bonding and understanding the ways of life of homeless persons.
Objective: To analyze the possibilities and challenges in building intersectoral networks in mental health in the professional’s view involved in the care for children and adolescents treated at the Child and Adolescent Psychosocial Care Center. Methods: A qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research, held from May to June 2014, performed a town in southern Brazil. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 26 workers intersectoral networking and submitted to thematic analysis. Results: The articulation of different services and intersectoral care devices, and challenges to be overcome, the individual treatment plan, social policies that realize the real needs of users, including family and the medical-hegemonic model, were pointed out as possibilities. Conclusion: The care raised to the intersectoral level is a necessity and a way to achieve new perspectives on care and its articulations to consolidate the Child and Adolescent Mental Health policy.
Objective: To analyze nurses' means of work used in the articulation of the Psychosocial Care Network (PCN) Method: An exploratory-descriptive qualitative study conducted at the PCN of a District Health Management in Porto Alegre. The data collection technique used was the semi-structured interview held from October to December 2017. Data was subjected to thematic analysis under the Marxist theory of the Labor Process. Results: The analysis resulted in two thematic categories: Care Management and Care Practices. The first consists of two means of work: team coordination and meetings with the other components of the territory. The second involves three means of work: telephone contacts with PCN services; user referrals in the PCN and matrix support. Final considerations: In view of overcoming the asylum model, nurses' means of work are instruments for producing dialogs aimed at expanding psychosocial care.
Objetivo: analisar o funcionamento de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial para Álcool e outras Drogas (CAPS AD) para o atendimento a usuários de crack. Métodos: trata-se de um recorte da pesquisa “ViaREDE”. Possui natureza avaliativa, do tipo estudo de caso, baseando-se na utilização da Avaliação de Quarta Geração como referencial teórico-metodológico. Resultados: o CAPS AD é apontado enquanto um serviço potente na rede de atendimento ao usuário de crack. Destaca-se a importância da porta aberta do serviço para garantia do acesso universal e comprometido com o usuário. Outras questões discutidas são a necessidade de fortalecimento da rede interesetorial e ampliação de horários de funcionamento do serviço. Conclusão: a análise do funcionamento do serviço contribuiu para pensarmos a constituição cotidiana da rede, bem como a capacidade reformadora dos dispositivos de cuidado.
