The purpose of this research was to determine the level of volcano eruption risk and compile a disaster risk mitigation model for the Sinabung volcano eruption. Analysis technique of volcano eruption disaster risk of Sinabung uses scoring techniques for all indicators. The volcano eruption disaster risk of Sinabung refers to eruption hazard level, vulnerability level, and disaster prevention capacity index. The level of volcano eruption hazard and vulnerability of Sinabung volcano was analyzed by GIS approach using ArcGIS 10.1 software, based on units of sub-district administration. The capacity index was analyzed based on the Hyogo Framework for Action-HFA 2005-2015. While the disaster mitigation and policy model of adaptation of volcano eruption Sinabung were analyzed with FGD and AHP. The level of volcano eruption disaster risk of Sinabung is high > 49 (614). As for the mitigation model of the eruption risk of Sinabung volcano and model of adaptation policy based on alternative priorities for disaster risk reduction has 4 main priorities, i.e: 1) Relocation for identify, assess and monitor of disaster risk and implement an early warning system; 2) Utilize of knowledge, innovation and education to build a culture of safety and resilience at all levels; 3) Make of disaster risk reduction a priority of national and region implemented through strong institutions; and 4) the reducing of underlying factors that increase disaster risk.
Penelitian ini mencoba mengambarkan situasi kegalauan di tengah masyarakat dalam sitem pembelajaran daring (Online). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang mengambarkan kondisi apa adanya, penelitian ini lebih menekankan pada makna dan hasilnya, jenis penelitian ini biasanya digunakan untuk menganalisa kejadian, fenomena, atau keadaan kenyataan sosial. Dalam penelitian kualitatif, data diperoleh dari berbagai macam sumber, teknik pengumpulan data melalui intrument yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, seperti observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah informan yaitu orang yang memberikan gambaran situasi kekinian yaitu social situation atau situasi sosial yang terdiri dari tiga elemen, yaitu tempat (palce), pelaku (actors), dan aktivitas (activity) yang berintekrasi secara sinergis. Lalu dilakukan analisa dan kesimpulan. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang. Penelitian ini melihat bahwa dalam implementasinya pembelajaran daring (online) ini menuai banyak problema, mengingat lebih jauh banyak orang tua dari murid sekolah dasar yang kurang memahami dan mengerti mengunakan aplikasi ini kalau untuk Sekolah Dasar yang ada di sekitar Kecamatan Pauh Padang ini untuk akses sinyal mungkin tidak begitu terkendala karena terletak di Kota. Dapat dilihat dari hasil penelitian ini pembelajaran daring dapat terlaksana dengan baik apabila adanya kerjasama antara guru, siswa dan orang tua dalam belajar dirumah Akan tetapi saat ini Bagaimanapun keadaanya inilah satu-satunya pilihan ditengah pendemi global Covid -19 ini sebagai solusi dari pemerintah agar proses belajar mengajar tetap berjalan walaupun tidak begitu efektif.
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze Mandeh tourism development strategy and to formulate Development Alternatives using FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The type of this study is Mixed Method which is research that combines or integrates qualitative and quantitative Method to be used together in research activities in order to obtain more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. However, in this study is more weighted on qualitative research and quantitative data to support qualitative research. So, based on the results of FGD and AHP there are four main priorities strategy in dealing MEA: 1) tourism development of art, culture and religion, 2) tourism product’s development of natural wonder, 3) development of underwater tourism, 4) providing socialization to meet MEA.
After the Covid-19 pandemic entered Indonesia which then in mid-March 2020 to reduce the number of Covid 19 sufferers, the provincial and local governments produced policies in the world of education, namely temporarily eliminating face-to-face learning and replaced with online learning at both the school and college levels, manifested in a system called an electronic university (e-university). Online learning makes it easy to provide information transfer in various situations and conditions, to foster creative thinking students still have to 1) try to focus on learning even though in the current pandemic conditions with a value of 0.894 then 2) manage study time regularly with a value of 0, 884, 3) Avoid all kinds of distractions that have the potential to interfere with the learning process with a value of 0.862 and 4) communication must be well established to avoid misunderstanding with a value of 0.850. Each priority will be carried out by lecturers and students working together to achieve the learning process.
