The implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) in drug management must be able to provide access to accurate and timely information. The problems with implementing SIMRS in pharmacy installations are invalid drug stock data, the unavailable feature of the report on the expenditure of goods per unit, and the human resource factors that have been accustomed to the old application. These problems can result in employee activities in the process of planning and reporting drugs that are less accurate and not timely so decision-making will lead to financial losses for the hospital. This study aims to determine the effect of SIMRS implementation in drug management on the performance of Pharmacy Installation employees at RSPAU dr. S. Hardjolukito. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. The number of samples was obtained by 46 people using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the implementation of SIMRS in drug management on employee performance when viewed from the t-test with t count > t table (19.951 > 2.015368). The coefficient of determination of the R-value is 0.949, close to 1, so the relationship between SIMRS implementation in drug management and employee performance is very close. SIMRS implementation in drug management is in the high category (56.52%). Employee performance is in the high category (69.57%). The better the implementation of SIMRS in drug management at the pharmacy installation of RSPAU dr. S. Hardjolukito then the level of employee performance will be better.
Health is basic necessity for society. This makes providers health services such as Kendal Islamic Hospital to improve quality service better. One aspect needs be improved is service aspect in pharmacy. Key factors need to be considered in patient service include: fast, precise and friendly service with guaranteed drug availability. Measurement of time something that must be done every period because it concerns excellent service and minimum service standards must be met. Analysis length of prescription time service in outpatient pharmacy installation at Kendal Islamic Hospital, adjusted minimum service standard by Kepmenkes RI No: 129 / Menkes / SK / II / 2008 on Minimum Hospital Service Standards.Research takes object of prescription concoction in outpatient pharmacy installation of Kendal Islamic Hospital. Variable is length of prescription time service required by pharmacist. Analyze data by taking 100 sheets prescription concoction, recording time from receiving prescription until it received by patient. Then average waiting time calculated, and averages calculated in percent.Results this study indicate average waiting time prescription concoction service is 23.22 minutes. Minimum waiting time at 7 minutes, maximum waiting time at 58 minutes. This study based on 100 pieces prescription concoction taken from Monday to Friday at rush hour between 14:00 to 20:00 WIB period January 2015.Keywords: Waiting time, prescription concoction, pharmacy installation AbstrakKesehatan merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi masyarakat. Hal ini menjadikan penyedia jasa pelayanan kesehatan seperti Rumah Sakit Islam Kendal untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang lebih baik. Salah satu aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah aspek pelayanan di bidang farmasi. Faktor kunci yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pelayanan pada pasien meliputi : pelayanan yang cepat, tepat dan ramah disertai jaminan tersedianya obat. Pengukuran waktu merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan setiap periode karena menyangkut pelayanan prima dan standar pelayanan minimal yang harus terpenuhi. Analisa lamanya waktu pelayanan resep di instalasi farmasi rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Islam Kendal, disesuaikan dengan standar pelayanan minimal yang ditetapkan oleh Kepmenkes RI No : 129/ Menkes/ SK/ II/ 2008 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit, khususnya waktu tunggu resep racikan.Penelitian ini mengambil obyek resep racikan di instalasi farmasi rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Islam Kendal. Variabel dari penelitian ini adalah lamanya waktu pelayanan resep racikan yang diperlukan seorang petugas farmasi. Analisa data dengan cara mengambil 100 lembar resep racikan dengan mencatat waktu dari menerima resep sampai dengan diterima oleh pasien. Kemudian dihitung lamanya waktu tunggu rata-rata, dari rata-rata tersebut dihitung dalam presentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata waktu tunggu resep racikan 23,22 menit. Waktu tunggu minimal 7 menit, waktu tunggu maksimal 58 menit. Penelitian ini berdasarkan 100 lembar resep racikan yang diambil dari Senin sampai Jum’at pada jam sibuk antara 14.00 – 20.00 WIB periode Januari 2015.Kata Kunci: Waktu tunggu, resep racikan, instalasi farmasi
