Pandemi COVID-19 membatasi akses pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi dan KB. Hal tersebut membuat cakupan akseptor KB menurun dan konseling kesehatan reproduksi maupun KB terbatas. Bidan khawatir terhadap keamanan dalam memberikan pelayanan di masa pandemi. Akseptor takut untuk datang ke layanan kesehatan karena takut tertular virus corona. Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi pada bidan di Indonesia dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi dan KB selama pandemi. Pengabdian ini laksanakan dalam bentuk webinar. Webinar diadakan pada tanggal 20 November 2020. Peserta adalah para bidan yang tergabung dalam Ikatan Alumni Akbidyo se-Indonesia. Tema pertama webinar difokuskan pada model layanan kesehatan reproduksi dan KB selama pandemi. Tema kedua tentang aplikasi REDI KB yang dapat mempermudah pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi dan KB. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa manfaat aplikasi, diskusi selama webinar, penyampaian materi, dan tema materi adalah 93,75%; 92,5%, 93%; dan 93,25%. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan pengabdian ini bermanfaat bagi bidan sebagai bekal dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan di masa pandemi. Bidan diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi KB REDI yang dapat di unduh di app store sebagai media konseling secara online. Selain itu, bidan juga dapat membuat alur pelayanan yang nyaman baik untuk bidan maupun pasien dengan mengacu pada model layanan KB di masa pandemi.
Remaja memiliki risiko tinggi terkait dengan aktivitas seksual dini dan tidak aman yang akan berdampak terjadinya infeksi menular seksual, HIV/AIDS dan kehamilan berisiko. Adanya informasi yang akurat sangat dibutuhkan oleh remaja dalam membentuk pribadi yang sehat dan berkualitas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, pemutaran film edukasi dan diskusi. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di SMP PGRI Kasihan Bantul, pada hari Rabu, 23 Januari 2019. Sasaran pengabdian ini adalah siswa SMP dengan jumlah 79 siswa. Materi tersebut diambil dari buku SMART Remaja untuk menggapai remaja yang SMART (Sehat secara Mandiri dan Bertanggungjawab). Mayoritas siswa berusia rata-rata 13 tahun dan tinggal bersama orangtua kandung sebesar 93,67%. Pendidikan ayah mayoritas SMA yaitu sebesar 55, 70 % dan ibu mayoritas juga SMA yaitu sebesar 59, 49%. Pekerjaan ayah mayoritas petani/ buruh yaitu sebesar 39.24% dan ibu mayoritas sebagai ibu rumah tangga sebesar 62.03 %. Masih ada siswa yang belum pernah mendapatkan materi kesehatan reproduksi remaja sebesar 27.85 %. Secara kuantitatif ada kenaikan skor pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan, yaitu sebesar 10,45%. Hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa edukasi menjadi remaja sehat dan berkualitas melalui program SMART Remaja, efektif. Semakin tinggi pengetahuan yang dimiliki seseorang tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja, misal dampak dari perilaku berisiko maka akan meningkatkan perilaku positif pada seseorang.
Background: Reproductive health is still a problem of public health that have large scales in Indonesia. Phenomenon that occurs in public during this indicates that sexual behavior youth and sex pre marriage in adolescents continually increase from year to year. One of prevention that can be for the provision is education through extension activities. Extension that used is by using the whole group discussion method that will be used to know attitude in the prevention teen pregnancy. This research have aims to know attitude in the prevention teen pregnancy with counseling uses the whole group discussion in junior high school 3 Kasihan. Method: This research using a kind of Quasi Experiment with one group pre test and post test design. The Population were 119 students in IX class. The sample collection with simple random sampling and there were 55 samples. The method of analysis data by using paired t test. Result: Based on the results of pre test and post test its mean value of pre test 61,75, while value post test 64,74. T count of -5,877 and the significance is 0,000 (p< 0.05). The results of the difference attitude before and after given intervention that its mean value post test is higher than its mean value pre test. The conclution of reserch is a change in attitude students IX class in teen pregnancy prevention in state given intervention in the form of counseling with the methods whole group discussion. Background: The pandemic COVID-19 has had an impact on various sectors. One of those affected is teenagers. During the pandemic, teenagers are unable to carry out activities such as school and extracurricular activities. This can affect risky behavior in adolescents if adolescents do not have the knowledge to prevent it. Community-based peer educator training during the pandemic COVID-19 is urgently needed by youth as agents of change. Health promotion by involving youth has a more effective impact.Objective: This study aims to determine the application of community-based peer educator training on an adolescent knowledge and an attitudes in preventing risky behavior during the pandemic.Methods: This research is a quasi-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The research location is Village A, Ngaglik District, Sleman Regency. Respondents were selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out with a sample paired t test and using SPSS supporting software.Results: Statistically, the results showed that adolescents' knowledge after receiving the training material increased compared to before and had a significance (p-value=0.01). The attitude of adolescents after receiving the material increased compared to before and had a significance (p-value = 0.01).Conclusion: Training peer educator based on community during the pandemic was effective on adolescent knowledge and attitudes to prevent risk behavior.Recommendation: There needs to be a joint commitment (BKKBN, educational institutions through the PIKM forum and village government) so that training peer educator based on community is more optimal and sustainable.
The incidence of cervical cancer is 23.4 per 100,000 population with an average death rate of 13.9 per 100,000 population, where about 50% of cervical cancer sufferers end up dying. WHO predicts that in 2030 there will be an increase in cervical cancer patients and other cancer sufferers in Indonesia up to seven times. Media education with health promotion is one of the primary prevention that can be done to prevent cervical cancer. This study aims to analyze the most effective educational media for health promotion in the prevention of cervical cancer in women of childbearing age in 2019 - 2022 based on a systematic literature review. Literature search was carried out systemically in four DOAJ databases, Google Scholar, PubMed and Science Direct with publications between April 2019 to April 2022. Results showed 17,931 articles were originally drawn from a systematic search of the literature. Of these, six articles matched the theme and inclusion criteria. Of the six articles included in the study, they had good methodological quality. Of the six articles, five articles used quasi-experimental research methods and one article used qualitative research methods. Three of the six articles on experimental research, including interventions with films, clearly stated that audiovisual media had a significant effect on increasing knowledge, attitudes and behavior about cervical cancer.
